Updated Condo with AC, Access to Resort Hot Tubs and Pool, Private Deck

This small condo was comfortable and well designed. Its location across the parking lot from the pool and hot tubs made it exceptional! We enjoyed hiking the river trail and our morning walks to Old Mill District for coffee and shopping. Everything was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Everyone we encountered was polite and friendly. We cannot wait to come back.

Overall the unit was fantastic had almost everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, although could have used more wash cloths and kitchen towels. The location is perfect it’s right across from the pool and playground. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Location wise it’s great, easy 10 min drive to downtown. Only thing missing was a washer/dryer otherwise would have given 5 stars. With that said I’m not sure where a w/d would fit. Loved the unit would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Unit is a bit tired, lots of squeaking and creaking. Listing says sleeps six but you’d be very cramped and would not have room for luggage (the 4 of us lived out of our duffels for a week). On the plus side the kitchen is nice and has all you would need for preparing meals.

Cleanliness: Patio furniture was dirty, closets stuffed with random things just thrown in. Check in: Wifi didn't work, electrical circuits didn't work, light bulb needed replacing, soaps crumbled and couldn't be used. Staircase is cracked and creaks loudly. Property manager was prompt in getting electrical issues fixed. Had to come out twice to get Wifi to work.

Management was really great and responsive. Check in and check out was super easy. 20 min from Mt. Bachelor. Neighbors were super nice. Fun little playground and game room for kiddos. House was clean and beds were comfy. Love the balcony to sit and relax with a beer after a long day of riding. Would stay there again.

Disappointed the fireplace did not work. We called the problem in and were told someone would come the next day but never came.

This was a great location for being close to Old Mill District and shopping. Super clean and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. Spring skiing and golf. Nice location within walking distance to many things. The only issue was wifi pass was no longer active. This was an important item since I was working EST hours in the morning. We talked with the property manager and we decided to use unoccupied neighbor's wifi.
