Our studio condo (Unit 110) located in the Historic Jarvis building and is in the heart of downtown Durango at 10th and Main Avenue. The condo has a convenient assigned off-street parking spot and full size fully stocked kitchen and AC. The Jarvis building also features a common patio area with a gas grill and seating.

This condo is within immediate walking distance to everything the historic downtown has to offer. Go for a run or a bike ride on Durango’s river trail just two blocks away. Visit one of the many exceptional coffee shops or discover why Durango is known as the city of Brewerly Love by visiting one of our six local brew pubs. The central location simply can't be beat.
