(always be sure to check before visiting as not all places are dog friendly).

Rules

-2 dog maximum, as per the condo rules there is a 50lb weight limit for dogs. (PET FEE REQUIRED)

-Absolutely no smoking allowed except in the designated smoking areas downstairs, there is a $100 per day smoking fine and the condo association lets us know of anyone violating that rule immediately

-Commercial vehicles, boats, and trailers are not allowed to park overnight

-No clothing or towels are allowed to hang on the balcony railings

-You must pick up after your pet
