This newly updated spacious and centrally located Red Pine Condo is situated at Canyons at Park City and has one large bedroom, one full and renovated bathroom, updated appliances, Smart HDTV, and fantastic amenities, including a clubhouse, year-round pools, hot tubs, sauna, and fitness center. Our vacation property also features a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a Smart HDTV with cable TV and Blue Ray player, and a large living room with comfortable furniture.





The Red Pine complex features a clubhouse with two full-size swimming pools (one heated in the winter). There is also an indoor hot tub, a newly completed outdoor hot tub, and a sauna.





The living room and open kitchen are the center of the home and an excellent place to entertain family and friends. The living area is fully furnished with new furniture and a sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and a 48 Smart HDTV, including cable and a Blue Ray player. From the living room, you can also access your balcony, complete with a gas grill.



As with much of the home, the kitchen has been updated to better suit your needs and expectations during your Park City vacation. The kitchen has a French door stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, and a complete array of other small household appliances. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare all at-home meals, including cookware, Corningware, and flatware. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar area with seating for two (2), which is convenient for people on the go.



The bedroom is just off the living area and has a full bathroom. It is comfortably equipped with a king-size bed, high-quality linens and bedding, a dresser, and a closet. The bedroom also features a large window, which gives you views of the area each morning. The newly updated bathroom features an extra-long counter with a vanity and a separate area with a walk-in shower, stainless steel fixtures, and new tile.



Bike racks are also available in the B-G, N-T, and U-Z parking lots (behind the dumpsters).



Red Pine Condominiums are located just 200 yards from the base of Canyons at Park City. From our condo, you are within walking distance of the free Cabriolet Lift (people mover), which provides quick and convenient access to the largest ski resort in the United States - Park City!



One of the most exciting ski towns in the Rocky Mountains, Park City offers hundreds of restaurants, shops, and activities. Excellent shopping, ranging from boutiques to large outlet stores, is also available, and there are two movie theaters, all within minutes of the condo. The Utah Olympic Park is minutes away, the training facility for Olympic athletes, and a great visitor destination in Park City. 

If you want to ski at other great resorts in the area, you can easily take a day trip to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, or Brighton Ski Resort for adventure. There are nine world-class ski resorts within one hour of Park City.

    We had a great stay. Loved the quality of the towels, and the extra blankets. The amenities soap, shampoo etc could be improved with better quality.

    Spacious living area that is convenient to the mountain. The kitchen and bay have beautiful upgrades. The unit could use some air humidifiers. The owner needs to post directions on the climate control. Other than that, we really enjoyed the unit and our stay.

    The property is ideal for a ski getaway. As other reviewers have noted the property lacks a ski closet, hooks or racks for ski clothes. There were just two of us, so not a huge deal, however, I could see how this could become problematic for, a family of four. We purchased three plastic over-the-door hook racks and brought them with us. The location is ideal, and the on-demand shuttle made getting on and off the mountain a breeze. We also walked to the Cabriolet lift, which was simple. The property manager was very attentive and reached out via text several times by text. Two downsides to the property, one 10 AM checkout and the other was overall cleanliness. The property needs a deep clean. I'm sure its a derivative of volume renting. Overall great fro the price paid and location.

    The condo is well located but needs a space to put skiis and gear. There are very few hooks or places for jackets and ski stuff. The fireplace glass is fogged ao you dont see the fire which is a bummer. The kitchen is well stocked and bathroom is nice

    Our first impressions walking into the property were that it was very clean and a good use of space. Me, my wife and our three kids (13, 7, 2) fit comfortably and did not feel cramped at all. They had a pack & play in the closet to be used as a crib/bed for the toddler and the other two kids comfortably share the sofa bed. There were ample spare sheets, blankets, and pillows. The location is perfectly close to the ski resort, and definitely take advantage of the CV Connect app to request a shuttle straight from your door to the ski area. The host was helpful and attentive and responded promptly to all communication. Our only complaint, and this is not the fault of the host, is that the ceiling is quite thin, meaning that we could hear nearly every footstep of the guests in the chalet above. This was mostly noticeable once we had quieted down for the evening and were lying in bed. I'm unsure if any noise we made traveled up to them. Not a major gripe, but if you are a light sleeper perhaps pack some earplugs or noise canceling headphones. Overall we were very pleased and would readily book here again.
