Stayed Apr 26, 2025It was in a good location. We didn’t find out the closest pool was not available until we had already paid in full, but the owner made arrangements for us to use a different pool. The Sundial Resort was impressive overall and had many amenities. We enjoyed the Shell Walk on Wednesday. Altogether, we had a lovely vacation.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025The condo is beautiful and clean. The “included” pool is not open yet, but the Sundial Hotel part of the property pool is open with a daily fee. There is a tiki bar over by that pool that was enjoyed by our family.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022Wonderful experience! Large 3BR condo gave everyone their space. The extras like beach chairs, toys, towels etc were very convenient and appreciated. Wonderful communication from property manager. Location is close to pool, beach and covered parking a plus. We’ll be back and definitely recommend.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Beautiful Unit for our first time on Sanibel Island. The pictures did not do justice. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was even nicer than the pictures shown online. It was very clean and met all of our needs. It was a very short walk from the unit through the courtyard/pool to the beach. Since we were on the 3rd floor, an elevator was a plus. The property manager also responded to me within minutes of emailing him. I would definitely stay here again the next time that we vacation on Sanibel Island.
