We had great stay! Very nice condo!

Beautiful accommodation !! Vey clean and comfortable. We are timeshare owners for PCRC ( next door) which is under renovation. There were multiple rooms rented by many of our friends. Would definately recommend !!!!

My day was very nice. I was very pleased with how the place was clean. I was upset that there was no working grill because in the package it said there was a grill that we can use on the patio but when we got there, it was out of order so that was a big inconvenience but other than that, it was a very nice day. Check in was a bit difficult being that we got there a little later than we originally was supposed to due to traffic, but by the time we arrived, it was around 7 o’clock and nobody was answering the phone so we was unable to check in for a long period of time Until we got a hold of somebody with the information. I had emailed the place a day before arriving asking for the information nobody responded and then by time somebody did respond, they still didn’t give me the information so I was left with no information by the time I got there I couldn’t get a hold of anybody And was left sitting there looking stupid for a long period of time with my family, but after that, everything was all good. The place is beautiful and I guarantee the next people will love it

We brought beach umbrellas and didn't realize we could have brought our 10x10 tent and just lowered the legs. Would have made setup so much easier. The gift shop had many items for the beach but expect to pay more for the convenience. The unit was clean and very up to date. Note that if you have a teenager over 100lbs, they don't allow them to sleep on the top bunk so this unit is good for 5 adults and a child under 100 lbs.

Down for the Gulf Coast Jam. Had great weather the beach was nice and it was within walking distance of venue. 1miles. Check in was a little aggravating we had to have lots of information for the front desk and had to be done on my phone which i had to go get then back to the car to get the tag number for parking. That link could have been sent earlier. Just my opinion.

Very nice place to stay

I did not love the check in/get a parking pass/get a luggage cart all in separate places, but I must admit it didn’t take long and everyone was super friendly. The condo is just as pictured and very clean.

We were very pleased with the property. Felt like it was even nicer than described.

Everything was great! Close to pier Park. On the beach. Condo is on the small side but very sufficient. Clean and well stocked for all your needs. The owner responses back to you very quickly. I will book again.

This place was super convenient, cozy, and affordable. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. I would definitely recommend this location as a gem of a place to vacation.

Great property, but misleading about being a low floor. I don't consider the 11th floor as low also you could not sit on the balcony because of the chairs were unsteady and uncomfortable. We notified the management but to no avail. because oricketNevis

The place is excellent and the view is amazing. The beds are not top of the line but they are confortable. Pier park and Wal-Mart are closed by. The property is spotless and has all the necessary item to have an amazing getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. Before our stay if I had any questions via email and text, they were answered in a very timely manner. Love the location and condo had lots of space too.

The unit was just what we needed and we had a nice stay to celebrate our anniversary.

We had NO air conditioning. When we called it in, we were told someone would come check it out that day. Nobody came. When I called to inquire she said we were on the list. She called back near 6:00 pm and said the AC unit wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. We were told we could have a 100% refund if we left THAT night. But we were about to leave to eat with friends, there were no available units in our building (our family was in another unit here)& they did not offer to help us find another place. We felt we had to stay there, so they brought us two fans. (little help) I noticed on these reviews that a few weeks before our stay, there was a complaint on here about there being no air conditioning! So we were promised air conditioning, they knew we didn’t have it and chose not to let us know before we came. Also, the property is on the 11th floor so I wouldn’t consider it on a “lower” floor. The master bedroom has NO curtains, so it is like daylight all night long in that room. The grill on the patio does not work. The master shower has no shelf and everything has to go in the floor. We would NEVER recommend Blue Swell to anyone. We travel often, especially to the beach and we have NEVER left a negative review. We did reach out to Blue Swell and were offered 27% back if we signed a contract to not leave negative reviews, report to BBB or take legal action. We asked for 50% being the AC info was not disclosed. We were told that 27% was fair. We chose to warn others.
