Stayed Jun 28, 2025When looking for a place in OC, my family & I were happy with our stay here. The condo is located near the Fenwick line. We found this location to be quieter than the more centralized area of OC with easy beach access only a few blocks away. There are quite a few entertainment options in this areas as well. The condo was clean and the check in & check out process was easy & convenient. We really liked the back deck on rainy days, as well as how close the pool is to the unit. We would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay there was very pleasant the condo is located towards the northern tip of the city so a little outside the hustle and bustle of the city witch made for a quite atmosphere the place was exceptionally clean and well kept parking is plentiful right out side the door witch made loading and unload our car a breeze the pool is right outside the back deck witch was very convenient if I had anything bad to say it would be 1 Caviot the listing posted said it had a washer and dryer on sight and this was a selling point for me on the rental but apon getting there there's a note on the washer instructing you not to use it and saying why as well as saying that's why they didn't list it on the post but the thing is that it is listed as an eminity offered buy the condo and in the welcoming book provides you with an address for local laundromat if I'm on vacation I don't want to spend time in a laundromat this was disappointing to say the least but that aside it is a wonderful condo and given the price and location when I come back next year they will be the first place I look at for availability
