Unleash Your Ultimate Escape at the Spectacular Lake Las Vegas Retreat!

To say that this property sleeps 4 is just plain misleading. The king bed in the bedroom is great for 2. But for persons 3 and 4.....I hope you are ready for a very challenging and uncomfortable night. The sleeping option comes down to the sofa, which is NOT a sofa bed. It's a sectional. But not the kind of sectional that hooks together. It's one of those sofas that's comprised of like 6 small sections that you just shove next to each other. On the laminate floor, they move VERY easily. So if you are trying to use this as a bed, every time you move even a little, a gap opens up between the sections and you start falling into the gaps. I'm not big, (160lbs) and it was a challenge to sleep on that thing with just me. But 2 adults? Don't even think about it! Location is fine, parking was easy. (I didn't even use the parking pass) It was quiet. There are several light switches in the condo that do absolutely nothing. The lamps turn on/off at the lamp itself. The outlet in the bathroom is not secured well so when you plug stuff in/out of the top outlet, the whole thing pushes into the wall a little. Seems like that's probably not safe. There are 2 fridges, but both are small and one under the counter looks likes it's missing a foot because it sits all crooked. Multiple ant traps on the floor, but I guess that's better than ants. I won't stay here again.

The condo is located in the best location in Henderson…really a resort atmosphere. The unit is small but perfect for a single person or couple. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom clean with good water pressure. AC working well. Kitchenette is small but adequate for small amounts of cooking.

Quiet, away from Vegas, on lake but walkable to restaurants, bars, salons, water sports, etc. Host was slow to verify our stay, it was a one bedroom that said it slept 4; we bought an air mattress to accommodate our granddaughter, as couch was pieces that came apart, no bed. Also, ant traps throughout home and deck wreaked from fly trap which beat the alternative but not nice to have. Probably wouldn’t stay again, too far out.

Place is well maintained, super easy check in and check out instructions. Great views and walking distance to the village across the water. Great location. Nice and firm bed. The couch wasn’t exactly a pull out couch but the kids made it work.. but over all it was great..

Condo was clean. Quiet and convenient location. Check in and out was communicated clearly. We appreciated the flexibility with a later check in. A kitchen towel would be helpful.

Unfortunately we did not get to stay in this home. The host refused to adhere with Vrbo rules and ADA regulations and he refused our stay due to having a service dog with us. It was very unfortunate and he was very rude about it. His place looked very nice on the app and we were very excited to stay there. I explained that we take care of everything and I go above and beyond to leave the place clean and dog hair free. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy this place.

Deric was a wonderful host. The building was quiet and the unit has a beautiful view of Lake Las Vegas. The unit was clean and stocked with plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and dishes. The bed and the couch were comfortable. There's plenty of places to walk or ride a bike. This was the perfect place for my husband and I while we were in town visiting family.

This unit is fantastic with amazing lake and mountain views that make sunrises majestic!! The bedding is comfortable and the water can be adjusted to hot for soothing relief after an active day. It also has all the kitchen essentials. The building is quiet with a beautiful pool, gym, laundry and lakeside walkways.

The condo was clean and cozy. Nice balcony overlooking lake and the host was easy to communicate with would stay again if needed to.

This property needs some attention. Toilet whistles for about 20 seconds after flushing. didn't have a toaster which host did bring the next day fridge sits off kilter on the floor. Bedroom needs some help. so much stuff in the closet and bedding is so old and not attractive.one light was out over bathroom sink, host had changed 5 days later. door lock batteries went dead and we were locked out for 3 hours. the entrance to property has dog pee all over daily that we had to walk through. it was disgusting. cabinets very old and kind of falling apart.

The property is nice. Seemed kind of like a ghost town meaning not many people. Very quiet location. Cute village with decent restaurants. Pool was not working first two days. Had to get a pool pass from the Westin. Our host was kind enough to comp us the money back. So happy he did that for us. Took UBER into the strip and used the monorail when there. Overall not a bad trip just different because we were unfamiliar with Las Vegas

Awesome stay

We stayed here 2 nights. It was clean, the building was secure, and view was great. Half the lights were burned out. The couch is not a pull out bed so luckily my two kids are small and sleeping on the couch was not an issue, but I don’t see grown adults liking that setup. The king bed is quite firm, but I did like that there was an option between a firm pillow or soft. All in all it was fine for the 2 nights we were there, but we wouldn’t stay longer than that.

This condo was just what we needed for our Vegas reading retreat!

We used this as a jumping off point to explore the area!! Deric was easy to work with, and handled the small issue we had with efficiency.

We stayed here for a week to hike the desert. Great home base. Close enough to everything. Great unit. Everything works well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vrbo. The views from the patio are exquisite. Watch golfers play the par three 17th hole and enjoy the serenity of the lake with mountains in the distance. The unit itself is very nice with a short walk across the bridge to the shops and restaurants at Lake Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

Quite lovely place. Friendly folks and even made some new friends. Excellent food nearby, Hoover Dam wasn't far and if you enjoy moving along in the desert, well, you could get lost nearby rather easily. Host was responsive to queries and delivered everything as advertised. Book with confidence.

Nice place to relax and get away from city. But only 30 minutes you can be back in the thick of it

The property is in a great location on Lake Las Vegas, outside of Las Vegas. It is part of a village complex with several condo buildings and a hotel nearby. The complex is very walkable and has many different shops, restaurants, and a community grocery store, which offers almost everything you might want. The area was quiet while we were there. We ate at two of the local restaurants, the Sonrisa Grill and The Pub; both were busy and had good food. It was an excellent location for visiting Lake Mead National Recreational Area and Red Rock Canyon. The owner is not on the property, reachable via email or text. Instructions for accessing the property were sent via email. The condo was equipped with basic kitchen supplies. I didn't find a guide in the apartment featuring area activities, so that would be an excellent addition to the rental. We had a slight glitch with the door lock and found it hadn't locked one day when we walked out. We might have confused the system, fussing with the dead bolt lock previously. We reset the lock and tested it, and it worked fine the rest of the time. aFter that we always checked it after we walked out of the unit and had no further issues. It was the perfect jumping-off spot for us.

We had a great stay. There were 3 of us. We loved the location. The view was beautiful, especially the sunset. The property was as described. We had everything we needed. The check in was a little confusing because there was a desk at the entrance, but there wasn't anyone there. Since we had the codes, we decided to just go up to the condo and found out that we really didn't need to check in with the front desk. The codes all worked. We had some questions about the property while we were there and sent a message to Deric and he answered all of the questions. I would stay here again the next time I go to Las Vegas.

Great, quiet place near trails, restaurants, etc. A bit confusing at check ins, etc but I did get in late. No issues after that.
