Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. Stayed Sep 5, 2020We loved the place, very nice and quiet area. It was across the street from beach but it was a very short walk and the road was never busy. We will definitely be going back!

Reviewer Comments: We've been going to Sunnyside for 15 years it's a great place for vacation. The grounds are well maintained. The pool is great and if course the beach is fantastic. Our condo was beautiful.
