Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is a tranquil escape located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, FL. Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. Reviewer Comments: We always stay at Sunnyside - we enjoy the west end of the beach (we lived in the area for 10 years) and this resort is so well maintained and perfect for our grandkids. This is the first time in this unit - it needs a little work - master shower door needs replacement. Mattresses need to be checked.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sunnyside with our children (5, 8, 18) and their grandmothers. We were all very comfortable and loved the unit. It was fully stocked with beach supplies, chairs, puzzles, games and movies. The extras came in super handy when the weather turned rainy for a couple of days. The little ones even enjoyed the clubhouse and never complained about the rain. It was such a relaxing and special week for us! The staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly, too. The grounds were impeccably kept and the pool was enjoyed every day. The walk to the beach is short and safe as well. We loved our stay.

Comfortable condo, easy access to private beach, quiet courtyard, great pool/lounge area, private patios, nearby activities, on-site shuffleboard, pingpong and tennis courts. Very relaxing. And the office and housekeeping staffs were very responsive.
