Unit 48 -1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Views

We went here for more baby moon and it was so delightful. Right on the beach, beautiful views, clean, and comfy. 10/10!!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay on the beautiful Siesta Key beach. The condo was more than adequate with a great view of the beach. My only concerns were no easy access to restrooms and no options for food or drink at or near the beach or pool.

Unit 48 is beautiful. Nice floors, granite counters, & looks recently renovated. Furniture is a little dated,but beds comfortable. Only thing missing is room darkening shades. Great view!

I stayed in the tower on the beach. I thoroughly enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean. The tower sits right on the beach. A couple min walk to access the free trolley. I will be back

Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful venue where we have stayed numerous times before. BUT, never before has the unit been in such disrepair and dirty. Torn screens, filthy lanai, torn bedspreads, faded pictures on the wall, worms in the fry pans, mold in corners of shower, too much and old tables and chairs in lanai gramma’s tea cups , filthy grout in bathroom, and old and unwashed bed skirts. Management tried to best everything but still missed a lot. In my opinion the unit should be taken out of the rental program until it is updated. If it wasn’t for the location we would have checked out but we persevered.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palm Bay Club Grand Tower is wonderful! It is right on the beach. This property is now gated and security is ever present. Unit 48 offered everything we needed. We’ve had full front gulf views but prefer the beauty and expanse of the south view. We like the 4th floor view-above the trees but not too high. The screened patio was excellent, had lots of furniture, and afforded great air flow. (We’ve stayed at a condo there with a full-on frontal view in the past. It had a glassed in patio that was miserably baking hot). The walk-in closet was also wonderful for us in unit 48. We could store/hang all of our things in there. The bathroom had great storage options also.That being said, some things REALLY need updating in this unit. The patio screens were pulled away from the frames in several areas allowing bugs to enter. Also the bathroom was pretty bad having paint peeling/mold starting near the tub/shower and door. The bathroom wasn’t a deal breaker but getting fairly close. We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Grand Tower again and of course will return there!

Amenities are exactly what you would expect from a five star resort. We plan to visit again next year.

Great condo with Amazing views and beach is right outside the door. Would stay here again.
