I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never stayed at The Palm Bay Club. This year we needed a place to move to from another resort last minute. The office staff was wonderful, got us reservations, allowed us to check in early and enjoy the beach. Our room was wonderful! Plenty of space and so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The gated entrance and security felt so safe. The provided chairs were fantastic. The location was amazing. We couldn’t have loved this place more and we can’t wait to be able to come back again!

The room could use a few updates but we had no big complaints. Would stay again!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palm Bay Club was AMAZING! Our tower was closest to the beach...They put your chairs out for free and umbrellas are reasonable. Security is great and we felt very safe (gated, security codes and arm bands) We had a problem with our shower and before we even walked back from the office the maintenance guys were there. There were 5 of us and we are already planning our trip back for next year! We all highly recommend The Palm Bay Club!! 😊🌴

Pillows definitely need to be replaced. Sofa is quite comfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was exceptionally helpful. I'd like to thank Tammy for her 25 years of service she was excellent! The condo location was ok but the unit needs some TLC and updating. The bathroom ceilings are peeling, the toilets are too low. The master bedroom should have the King bed and the guest bedroom should have the two queens beds. It would be nice to have a hairdryer in both bathrooms. Also, it would be nice to have some cleaning products like an all purpose cleaner and windex. The Keurig coffee pot should be replaced.
