Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family friendly atmosphere! Loved the convenience of pulling right up to your door and not having to worry about elevators and crowds! We had a total of 7 children and they loved the play area and pool! We felt very safe in this complex. Unit 42 was comfortable and clean. One suggestion: the patio furniture and all mattresses in this unit need to be updated, otherwise it was perfect!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Condon was a welcoming site after our road journey to PC. Clean and well stocked with all we would need for a home away from home. The pool was wonderful as the gulf was double red flags for several days. We especially appreciated the family atmosphere as we were vacationing with our daughter and grandchildren. We will definitely consider Sunnyside as a return place to vacation when we go to the beach.

Our unit was comfortable and close to all amenities. The people are very friendly. The only suggestion would be to update the master bedrooms bed. When you are there for three months the bed is important to be in good condition. Otherwise our unit was very well equipped.
