I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to Palm Bay for 33 years in August ,seen many changes not a particular fan of the gates,but understand the need for them.I was very disappointed that the elevators were down on the bay side ,when the rental agreement clearly said work to begin in January of 2024 and this was August of 2023 other than that everything was great.Really like the unit which have rented the last 2years.

The in unit laundry was a huge plus!Even having sand chairs that were way more comfortable than the chairs at the beach was great! The condo was big and bright and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros- location of condo complex was great. The actual unit was on the bay side which we knew. Plenty of parking. Seamless Check in/check out. Kitchen had all the appliances. Cons- noisy bc unit faces main road. Balcony faces street. No hot water in one of the bathrooms!!! Tubs were pretty dirty. Shower curtains moldy . Ants in the kitchen cabinets and counters . No beach towels- very bizzare. We ended up using the towels that were on the bed as beach towels , so had to do laundry a couple times just to have a clean towel to bathe with. There was no normal amenity as other rentals. Had to buy detergent though. For example, no salt and pepper?? No paper towels?? Normal conveniences, especially if staying with kids, were missing. Was able to doordash necessities though. Would not stay at this unit again. Would stay at this property though.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the Palm Bay Resort is very nice. It is centrally located and has a beautiful well kept section of beach. The Unit upon arrival left a little to be desired. The bedroom furnishings were dated. The floor, even on the first day was not well cleaned, the bathrooms show significant signs of wear from use and from moisture. Staff was quick to resolve a wi-fi issue that we had.

Security made sure only guests used the pools and kept the areas tidy. If we ever go back to Siesta Key we will definitely stay at Palm Bay Club.

Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean & well stocked with kitchen items, etc. It was great to have a washer & dryer in unit. The rental does need updating & fresh coat of paint. Since it was a corner unit, we had plenty of natural light but the constant traffic noise was a deterrent to sitting on porch. Traffic noise was even noticeable in the unit at times.
