Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacation at the Palm Bay often and it can't be beat. This time we noticed it wasn't as clean as usual, it looked like the floors hadn't been mopped,the murphy bed had no sheets, and the dining table was dusty. Not terrible but not the usual level of clean we expect. The AC went on our last evening and maintenance had it fixed in an hour, very nice. We love the Palm Bay and will return.

Stayed Jul 7, 2021We liked this place and it’s location. It had a new kitchen with new appliances. It was very spacious which was surprising. I’m very picky on cleanliness so I did notice some hair on the master bedroom tile. That told me the maid did not fully sweep the place. Overall though, the place was clean and didn’t have any smells I didn’t like which was huge for me.
