This newly renovated first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been going to the Palm Bay Club with my family for years. Siesta Key is a great family place and so is Palm Bay Club. Unfortunately this year the Unit I selected was not in good condition, airconditioning and toilet problems. However, the staff was helpful and professional and resolved the problems. Look well into the different units, stay away from 318.

We won’t stay anywhere else in Siesta Key!! Our unit was clean, spacious and ready for us when we checked in. We love the bayside units and the bay side pool!! We love being able to access the beach side as well for the days we spent at beach!! Most beautiful sand in the world!! Very happy, sad we had to leave!!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great. First 2 days there was construction going on we were not informed about couldn't park in front of the room had to unload from the other side of the building and i am disabled when asked if they could move a truck they said no. The next day they did give a parking space which my car ended up with debris all over the car. Then they changed the internet which we also weren't told about the only tv that worked was the living room the 2 bedroom had none so the kids had nothing to watch to calm down at bedtime or myself to relax.Just disappointed should of been informed so that i had the option to choose a different condo. At $2,000 you dont expect not to be family and i rent from Palm Bay Club ever year and have never had a issue before. If the owner of this condo knew all this was happening i should of been notified. I booked this back in January on 2023 so there was no reason no to communicate.

Our unit on the bayside had many advantages. Other than absence of some cooking and serving items, and a problem with a very soft mattress (this was promptly corrected ) we had no issues. The security at PBC was very helpful.
