Unit 28- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Views

We had a lovely stay. It was a great location, fabulous space, right on the beach, and we highly recommend it.

The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. Having stayed at different associations in the past I will definitely stay at Palm Bay in the future

Great location and the unit had everything we needed.

I couldn't express how much I recommend. I lived everything about it. Place cleaned, AC super cold, showers warm. Nice view. The beach was perfect. The best ive yet seen and i live in florida.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On night #2 of our stay, we came back to Tower Unit 28 after a night on the town and encountered a few cockroaches. They were located in the bathroom and in the kitchen. No food was left on the counters. This prompted a message to the host (no answer) and a call to security. Within 4 minutes, security was knocking on the door with a can of roach spray, a flashlight, and a bag. He entered the unit and killed as many as he could and collected in the bag. He left and said have a good night! We decided to remove all of our clothes from the closet and put them into our suitcases. We had to store our suitcases closed and on the bed in order to protect them from the roaches. This incident caused a lot of stress during our vacation and further stress on the commute home, hoping we were not transporting roaches in our suitcases and then bringing them home. The beach was beautiful, the view was gorgeous, the cockroaches were not a nice touch and definitely hampered our stay.

Unfortunately the weather was the biggest problem no fault of the resort we stayed at. The pool was not clean a white floating liquid was against the stairs way and a floss pick too. Seems like the pool needed so cleaning done. The condo was on second floor unfortunately much of the view was blocked from palms and other plants. Otherwise was ok.

Perfect location, the place was just as described!

The location is ideal. Even though this property is located above the entrance into the building it remained pretty quiet. Appreciated the chairs that were offered on the beach. Information to rent umbrellas or cabanas easily accessible. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beach gorgeous! Location to catch the trolley right outside of the main entrance into Palm Bay. Beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again
