Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is a tranquil escape located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, FL. Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. Stayed May 20, 2021Had a great time. Only real complaint was, some of the pans under the oven were not clean. They had dried food on a couple that looked like they hadn't seen the dishwasher in a while. We just washed them and carried on. Great place otherwise.

Stayed May 25, 2021We loved our experience because my boys had so much to do! The pool, playground and tennis courts were a hit and the walk to the beach was super easy and nice! We will for sure come back here!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great Townhouse. Short walk to the beach. Property was very well maintained. Has an issue with our disposal and it was fixed within the hour. The guy that fixed it gave me some local tips on food that worked out and how to rent a pontoon to dolphin watch in the bay. It is a gem, kind of stamped in time. There were no other properties up and down the beach that the open space and privacy that this afforded. Kids loved the swingsets, pool, shuffleboard, cornhole, and volley ball. They played pickle ball at the tennis court. All was fun. Local seafood was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
