Unit 174- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Side Club Corner Condominium Beautifully

We had the best time. The condo was perfect. It was clean bright and comfortable. Location was great. Steps to the most beautiful beach. We visited Key village which was a five minute drive and Lido Key just another 15 minute drive where we shopped in so many places. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The unit had everything we could possibly need-beach umbrella, extra blankets, iron, hair dryers and so much more. It is well maintained with gorgeous flooring, furniture, bedding, and the open floor plan enhances the beauty of the unit. We were so comfortable and very pleased with everything about this unit. It is the perfect place for a family! Trolley stop right outside the property to take a visit to the Village or down to Turtle Beach. The Palm Bay Club facility is immaculate and provides tight security. Staff is wonderful. We loved having our beach chairs set up for us . Don’t hesitate to book your stay. We will definitely be back.

Upon arrival realized there was not a working elevator in our unit which did not work for us as my husband and other family member are not good on their legs. We were switched to a different unit only not told of the construction on the outside of us. Didn’t even allow us to open curtains let alone allow us to enjoy the deck. That whole side should have been shut down. Had to keep everything closed tight and still breathing in all that dust. Unknown to us hot tub shut down for our stay. On first use blow dyer blew and caught fire though no fault of yours. Pictures on line should be updated as they don’t really show as is. Sorry to say we wont be choosing this resort or recommending it. Should add that Tammy who checked us in tried to be very accommodating and was very pleasant.

There were some areas that were dusty and a few candies were left behind on the floor from previous guests, we believe. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub. It was walking distance to the beach. The only thing we wished it had was some simple things such as paper towel and some basic cooking ingredients (i.e. oil, salt and pepper). We ended up buying those things at a nearby Publix.

This unit was very well presented, it has been renovated and the open kitchen layout with island is very nice. The master beds are squeaky, had to ear plug myself to not hear my daughter flipping over and over during the night. The couches in the family room look very nice but are not very confortable, you kind of just slide right off of them. The larger couch is strangely low to ground. We ended up sitting on cushions to be at a more normal height.There is a dripping noise from the exterior downspout whenever it rain over night that is very loud. The master windows don't seem to seal out the noise somehow. So any exterior noise seems like you're right outdoors with it.I am a light sleeper, so I more sensitive to noise issues.The unit was very attractive looking, we liked the location within the complex. I have booked a different unit for 2025, but I would stay at this unit again.

Our unit 174 was a perfect location in my opinion. Right next to the tennis courts and pool. Pretty much smack dab in the middle of the condo complex. The Fog Hop was one of many free rides up and down Midnight Pass so no worries about driving anywhere. I can’t say enough about the incredible beach and how well maintained and just gorgeous. Chairs or loungers were brought down and set anywhere you chose. It was by far the most beautiful beach I’ve been to.... The sand was like soft white powder. Really enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay Club. Unforgettable.
