Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is a tranquil escape located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, FL. Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. Stayed Mar 27, 2021This is a wonderful family friendly place. With kids aged 15 - 3 there was something for everyone. The beach was not crowded at all and the location was perfect to get to areas in the east or west. Will definitely recommend to others

We love the beauty of the property. The maintenance crew does a great job of manicuring the grounds. The office staff is very helpful and accommodating. In August the crowds are gone and this place is so quiet and peaceful it’s unbelievable. Many days you have the private beach all to yourself. Our unit (17) was beautiful and well maintained. We stayed one extra day this year so our daughter and her husband could come down for a few days. We love Sunnyside.

The grounds are meticulously manicured and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We’ve been coming here since 2012 and we will continue to come as long as we can. There’s only one thing I would do to improve Sunnyside and that would be to build a ramp down to the beach from the gazebo instead of stairs. We’re not getting any younger. 😊

The units are well maintained, the pool is always nice, and the beach access good. It is a family friendly environment and I have visited Sunny Side for eth last six years and I plan to continue to keep Sunny Side as a vacation destination.
