From the moment we walked in it was stunning, clean bright light and comfy all around. The mirror in the dining area was outstanding touch for a girls trip A lot of am and pm on the balcony including some craftingWe had all we needed. Have officially found the place we will always be booking!

The unit very clean and furnishings were clean and comfortable. There was some minor cosmetic wear in the bathroom/ kitchen, but did not affect our stay. The resorts grounds were well kept and easy to walk to all amenities. The private beach was beautiful and equipped with plenty of lounge chairs available. We also enjoyed use of the pools, tennis courts, and fishing dock. The location was perfect, close to Siesta Village, but not too crowded. My kids have already asked if we can make it our annual vacation spot. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean the only negatives in this unit was the sliding doors to the outdoor screen room. Those doors are hard to open and very noising and the toilet in the main bedroom needs to be fixed. It was difficult to flush occasionally and you had to remove the top of the tank to manually flush. The last night in the second bedroom there was a roach on the wall and the kids would not sleep in there. The location was ideal for most. My husband and I had difficulty walking to the beach or pool. Our daughter had to drive us as close as possible to both. My husband had a injury to his foot and blood was dripping in elevator and walk way to our condo. When we left for home the walkway still had his dried droplets of blood on there. After 2 days the floor of the elevator was finally cleaned up. The young man at the beach was very rude to us and the manager was told of this. The manager came and spoke to us at the beach on the first day of our experience with this person. But he never assisted us with chairs after that. We stood under our umbrella for over 20 minutes waiting for beach chairs as he delivered many chairs to others this happened on 3 days. I guess this was his pay back to us for reporting him to management. People around us helped pull chairs up for us. This employee should have been reprimanded or let go. We are senior citizens with health issues and he flat out ignored us. The gentleman named Bob that worked at the beach was very good to us and to other visitors. He would pick my husband up if he saw him struggling to walk to or from the beach. The pools were clean and unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of the hot tub over by the bay due to so many were occupying it when we were there. The only thing on our next trip we will need to look for a place closer to the beach and possibly rental of a golf cart to the pool or beach. After driving 16 hours to your resort I just need better accommodations for people with physical handicaps.

Reviewer Comments: Our place was comfortable until the air conditioning broke on Saturday. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency that we had to leave first thing Sunday or I would have asked for an adjustment on the price. It was far too hot to have the air not work for hours.I did forget my air fryer at n our rush. The lady I talk to was very polite and is going to get back with me. All office ladies were professional and friendly.

This condo is part of a clean, well maintained, well managed complex in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo unit was perfect for our needs. The only disappointment was the view from the screened porch which involved a lot of rooftops! The unit was very clean and newly remodeled with new furniture. Other than the kitchen cabinet finish needing some work, the unit is very nice and accurately advertised. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key at this wonderful condo. The unit was very clean, had great amenities, and was so close to the most beautiful beach. Loved our stay and will come again!
