This third floor 1 bedroom 1 ½ bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location on our property, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. It is also a very short stroll to the Bay Side part of our property which has a hot tub and a second pool. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, this unit sleeps a maximum of four people. The condo had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. It was clean and had just enough space for our family who was only in our condo to basically shower and sleep at night. Super close to the beach!

Furniture could use some updating. Boards under cabinets in kitchen and bathroom could use a coat of paint. Overall a great place.

We had a nice time. The property smelled very musty and I had to purchase a plug in air freshener. it looks like there was a leak under the sink and the damaged kick plate has not been replaced.

My one concern is the prices which I understand go up every year, but the pricing is getting tooooo high.

Sliding door and shades were inoperable. Furniture was flimsy and dated. Couch was terribly uncomfortable Below ratings are based upon the unit rented. Palm Bay Club was 5 star. Unit was below expectations

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was outdated and the furniture and appliances were not very clean. The blinds were broken when we arrived and it took a couple of day for maintenance to come repair. We used a blanket to cover the window. The blanket we used looked like an old dirty blanket that should have been discarded years ago. I actually bought two new blankets and a pillow so we didn’t have to use what was there. The toilet in one of the bathrooms constantly ran and you would have to take off the lid and manually adjust the flap every time you used it. The property itself and the pools were well maintained. I was in several other units that were clean and updated. Would not recommend the unit we stayed in.
