This fully renovated first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. There is a five night minimum rental requirement for this unit. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. Stayed Jan 1, 2026Very nice. Wish it was closer to food, grocery and bars. Also wish Trolley ran more often. Very clean and nice. Staff was very friendly

Reviewer Comments: We stayed here the second week of June, 2024, and it was a wonderful experience. The unit was updated nicely and had everything we needed. The a/c worked great, which was a huge deal for us, so it made sleeping at night a dream. A very short walk to the beach made it easy to walk back for a break when needed. The beach service for the property was exceptional, and they had our umbrellas set up quickly after ordering. I would highly recommend this property, and I am sure we will be going back!

Reviewer Comments: I loved the layout of this condo unit, especially the updated master bathroom! Having a washer and dryer is also great. The only reason I would choose to not stay here again is that it is very dark and the decor is very outdated.

They have added new dressers for storage which was very convenient. The in unit washer & dryer was handy as well. We purchased some glasses and a couple blankets for the guest room for our comfort and future renters. The unit can seem very dark at night making us use all the lights a necessity. The Palm Bay Club and every one on staff is exceptional. We’re already booked for the next two yearrs.
