The condo was great, we would stay again. It would be nice if they had a safe and washer and dryer. With previous VRBO bookings we did not have to go through the condo office at all, here we did. We got there after closing, a key & info stating that we must go to the office between 8-noon the next day was left in the night lock box. I feel that a bonus of going through VRBO is not having to go through that process. Also, we were harassed by employees about walking on the beach without our armbands. I showed him the bands in my bag, he said we needed to have them on. We were carrying our own chairs, not even trying to use theirs. The bands are rubber, tight, & leave a tan line. I understand if we were at the pool but the beach? Maybe they have too many employees with nothing better to do.

All our friends at other units were impressed with how big ours felt even though they are all similar. Lots of table space with the hooks and entry table we kept all our hats and sunglasses on. Then the desk came in super handy for a little work and keeping more important things on like office paperwork and keys and purses. Games in the TV counsel and books as well were a nice surprise! Charging stations galore are such a nice touch and so handy!! So many kitchen accessories cooking were very helpful! Huge pantry for all our groceries. Keurig was a nice surprise too since it is not pictured or mentioned. Awesome new fridge with auto ice maker and extra ice trays! Smart TVs throughout were very helpful! HUGE walk-in closet in 2 queen room which made keeping unit clean even easier to be able to stow away our luggage and clothes, plus we used it as a changing area since there were so many of us, really came in handy but not listed or pictured so very happily surprised! Wish there was a tad bit more room in 2 queen bathroom but thats a minimal complaint, it was a nice sized shower, I just like more counter space :) Also, wish there were beach toys for us to use, we stayed in other units with toys included that came in very handy. We loved being the closest club unit to beach and ground floor for our kids to easily get out the door and run back for things. The enclosed patio was very nicely done and loved having an outside patio to enjoy as well! We had already booked another unit for next year but we changed it to this one for next year because we loved it so much!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Palm Bay condo's! Condo was clean, and convenient to the beach. A couple things we were disappointed in was when my husband complained to the front desk about a rude employee on the beach, there was never a follow up call from the manager. Also, the noise level at night (around midnight or after)and early morning (around 6am to 8am)from workers and other guests loading up cars and talking loudly was annoying. Security seemed to handle the noise at night, but was never around checking things out in the morning. While this unit was decorated beautifully, the couches were very uncomfortable - the cushions were very large, and didn't stay on couch when sat on. We would definitely stay at Palm Bay again, we just hope some of the items mentioned would be addressed.

The condo was great, nicely decorated, very comfy. It was a quick walk to the beach and the condo complex was very well maintained, great mature palm trees. Would definitely rent again.

We especially enjoyed morning coffee and meditation on the closed in patio.

Only wish it had it's own washer and dryer.
