I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very confortable but it had some floss that could be avoided. The dishwasher is obsolete and needs to be replaced since doesnt wash well.The cleaning of the unit was overall ok, but if you check behind the couch or the windows will find dead insects. The kitchen dishes/cuttlery and kitchen related utensils need to be updated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palm Bay has been a summer must have for our family for many years. However, this past summer our stay was not as amazing as in past years. The unit w ewere in was a bit run down. There was a musty smell upon arrival. The complex in general did not look as well kept as in the past. I am happy that strict measures have been taken to keep people that are renting there out, but there were some loud people above us.

Loved that we there were three beds in the second room! Condo was clean and comfortable. Perfect location too - cordner bottom floor unit not far from th e beach!
