Unit 128 - 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Side Club Interior Condominium

We had a great time. Great pool and hot tub -VERY warm. And easy beach access and accommodations. Shuttles were a plenty. No need to rent a car.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice and clean and provided pretty much everything we needed for a pleasant girls getaway for my friend and I and our daughters. The complimentary beach chairs were great. The unit was just a short couple minute walk to the white sand beach. Security made frequent rounds and the locked gates helped us feel safe while we were there. We were a little bummed there was no in room laundry but once we down loaded the app it really was not a big deal using common laundry, although it appeared only one washer was functioning in the building. The pools were nice but we didn’t use them much and fitness center had everything you need for a vacation workout. The kitchen only had a tiny skillet which was an annoyance but not a big deal. The king bedroom bed is pretty squeaky just with rolling over but the beds were all comfortable. The Palm Bay club is easy proximity to neighboring beaches and town . We would definitely stay again.

We know this because the bed was filled with sand upon our arrival! Staff did change it very quickly. One of the comforters must have been used at the beach and put back because that was also filled with sand. Floors also felt gritty. Also disappointed that vending machine and several treadmills were out of order all week. When working out in the fitness room there was no AC! The AC should be on continuously because you never know when someone is going to work out. By the time you put on the AC and the room cools off, your workout is over. Never had a problem before. Maybe short staffed?

Reviewer Comments: Place was not well kept, AC did not cool well and rooms smelled like vapes. We are staying at another site on property and it’s much nicer. Also Sunday to Thursday was loud 3-4am.

I would say it’s roughly midway between the beach and bayside pool. The condo is well equipped - the only thing we needed which wasn’t there was a blender. You fortunately very loud construction began daily at 8am but this was disclosed as a possibility on the Palm Bay website

It is located centrally within Palm Bay club. About equal walking distance to the beach and pool across the street. The couches need updated, along with one of the mattresses in the spare bedroom. Only complaints we had, they aren't as comfortable as last year.
