Our 12th floor condo is located in the Four Diamond, AAA ocean front Mar Vista Grande Resort in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This is an OCEAN VIEW unit (but a FABULOUS ocean view) that is 1699 sq ft including a 225 sq ft balcony. This unit is owned by the original owners and has never been rented before 2021. The kitchen has new (2021) stainless appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile floors and is fully equipped. In the den is leather Lazy Boy furniture and a new50 Samsung smart TV. Master bedroom has King bed, 40 flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Adjoining bathroom has jetted tub and large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Bathroom has shower/tub combo. Third bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Adjoining bathroom has shower/tub combo.
