This is an end unit with a two-car garage. Only mid-size or small vehicles are allowed and able to use the garage. No oversized campers, trucks or vans are permitted on property during the winter season from November 1st-May 1st. Strict rules on parking are enforced through the winter season.

Animals found unattended will be promptly removed and boarded at the owner's expense per California Law the service animal is to be servicing 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
