Unit 11, Anchors Away, 2 Bedroom Beach Condo

We spent a week here and found it very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The A/C functioned very well. Kitchen was nicely appointed. Overall a 4 star stay. The only problem was that the family room furniture was very uncomfortable and is in much need to be replaced.

Very nice place, needed updating a little, but when your on vacation that doesn’t matter. Facilities were very nice!! Private beach access was very nice as well, I would definitely recommend, we will be back for sure.

This condo was just the right size for our family with two teens. The interior could use some updates, but not bad for the price. The location was great! A private beach with very few people, A giant field to throw the frisbee, a bocce ball court, and a close drive to shopping and restaurants at Rosemary Beach.

We had a great time. Sunnyside is a great place to stay. Everything to keep kids occupied and having a great time. Will be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay here! We were looking for a condo away from the crowds. This facility of about 70 units (only about 1/3 seemed to be rentals), had great amenities (large pool, 2 tennis courts, sand volleyball, etc), and was right across the street from a private beach. Even though the property was booked up, it was never crowded. The management staff was outstanding! They are located on site, and were always available and responsive by phone or email. The unit itself didn't have any prior reviews because it is new to their rental pool. It was spacious and clean. It wasn't quite as well stocked or decorated as another unit rented by our group, but I still give it 5 stars, and we would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

The only thing is. The fan fell from ceiling, an my daughter was in bed sleeping. Other than that. Everything was perfect!
