Stayed Jun 16, 2025Great Location right on the beach. The rooms were clean the only issue was climbing the stairs. We planned to do some cleaning before we left and the day before we were gonna check out we noticed that we did not have a vacuum. I messaged the owner and they delivered a brand new one for the room. I would stay here again with my family.

Stayed May 31, 2025This house was beautiful inside with amazing views. It was easy to get to the beach. For those coffee lovers, right across the street is piere 33, they have amazing esspresso! The only thing i suggest is bringing more blankets if you have a large group, or kids who wont share blankets as there really isnt enough blankets for the pull out beds. (Their was enough sheets though!) Overall we would stay here again! Great location, great house, easy and quick access to beach... doesnt get much better than that!

Stayed Apr 5, 2025Good: reasonable price. Checkin was easy. Location was great. Right on beach. Heated pool. Near restaurants and shopping. Spacious. Great parking. Loved the finished balcony. Not great: No elevator made it difficult on 3rd floor for loading and unloading. The property was clean but in average condition overall. Decor was dated. Several Repairs needed. Undersized water heater for a unit that sleeps 11.

Stayed Feb 19, 2025We shared this unique penthouse with another couple. Because it was a split apartment with two bedrooms and a bath on one side and one bedroom with bath on the other, we had plenty of privacy and space. The view of the ocean was superior. As it was cold outside for part of our visit, we enjoyed a cozy and comfortable place to sit and view the people, beach, ocean, birds, and dolphins. As other reviewers have mentioned, the three flights of stairs presented a challenge and there was some wear visible on appliances and furniture. The two main bedrooms had king beds that were very comfortable. The dryer broke after one use. Someone stopped in to look at it in less than 10 minutes after Beach Ball Properties was called! It was fixed the next morning. I would very much recommend this unit for anyone that can manage the steps. (We are 76.)

Stayed Dec 25, 2024Perfect location right on the beach with an incredible sunroom gave lots of extra space. The kitchen had everything needed for family dinners.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024We really enjoyed the condo. The sunroom is nice for watching the waves and wildlife. The walks up the stairs are not fun. The buildings small elevator for groceries and luggage no longer works. The jacuzzi style tub doesn’t work

Stayed May 27, 2024Nice place, but the oven didn't work, nor did the jacuzzi tub jets and ran out of hot water before it was even half full. Dryer didn't heat up very well, so it took forever to dry anything. Also it's up on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators.

Stayed Oct 6, 2023The internet didnt work , the front refrigerator didnt get cold on the bottom half, hot water was very limited. Also its not handicapped accessible when i put that as a filter this unit pulled up as handicapped accessible. My sister is in a wheelchair most of the time so that was very hard to get her up to the penthouse .
