    The condo was clean, organized and comfortable. It contained most everything we might want. We enjoyed feeling like we were at home and the location made visiting our family easy to get to.

    We loved the grocery store co op on the corner near by & great place to pick up coffee etc. We were in town to cheer on our son running in a collegiate XC race at the Chili Pepper festival. The location was convenient to the course. We enjoyed Cava and probably wouldn’t go back to eat at JJ’s. This property was wonderful, beds comfortable, hot shower, den was great to watch some football too. Thanks !!

    First of all, I was expecting a bit more character from a unit in an old church. I am a snob when it comes to decor and the vibe of a place. It was very clean and the location could not have been more perfect, with one exception. The outdoor space faced a very busy street - not very relaxing. But a beautiful neighborhood! The ceilings are eight feet and I'm over 6' so it kinda felt like I was in a basement even though I was on the middle level/street level with apartments above and below. I did not hear noises from the other apartments. I think the space would feel larger if the furniture was flipped. With the sofa on the opposite wall, it would allow your eye to travel further (out the windows) and easier use of the barstools. Having said all that, I would stay again because it was only minutes away from everything I wanted to do. Fayetteville is a lovely city.

    This was the perfect location for us. Our daughter went to honecoming with friends while the rest of us had lunch at Hugo's and played. Fayetteville never disappoints. This is close to alot of walking entertainment if you like that. I loved St. Josephs and many family and friends went to church/school here. Was cery peaceful and the leaves were beautiful!

    From checkin to a requested late checkout to complete my workday everything went smoothly. Very clean and wife liked the decor. We walked to the coop and into town for food and bevs. Also walked up the mountain for some excersize and view of town.

    The home was our favorite in Fayetteville and we hope to stay there again! We have tried several times, but it has always been booked! The host was so accommodating and made our stay so convenient. We were meeting my grandson to help him with a major art project (my sewing machine was a necessity) and we needed to get in the home early and work! She graciously allowed us early access! We loved everything about this precious home!!!

    The property was great and a very convenient location! Saturday morning we were able to walk to the square for the Farmers Market. We also enjoyed how quiet it was. The only trouble we had was when we first arrived and the parking was a bit confusing and the address didn’t include the apt number.

    We loved staying at The Saint! It was the perfect distance from Fayetteville, area was really nice, walking distance to the co-op and so much more! We're excited to stay here again someday.
