    We would give an honest rating of 4.5, room for some improvements. The home is very spacious, clean, and in a fantastic location — close to ski lifts and Main Street, which made everything super convenient. It was also well stocked, and overall we enjoyed our stay.However, the fireplace — which is featured prominently in the listing photos and was one of the key amenities we specifically look for — was out of order during our stay. Had we known this ahead of time, we likely would have chosen a different property. That was disappointing, especially given how much it’s highlighted in the listing.Additionally, the host asked during our stay if a maintenance person could come by to fix the ice machine. While we appreciated the communication, it would have been nice if the fireplace had received that same level of urgency. A small fee reduction for the inconvenience of both issues would have been appreciated.The carpet could use updating, but otherwise the property was clean and comfortable.Communication was limited prior to check-in. In our past Vrbo experiences, hosts have typically responded to questions before arrival, so that would be an area for improvement.Overall, a good stay with a few areas that could be improved.

    King bed in the master bedroom needs to be updated seems to be at the end of its life. The condo itself is conveniently located and is well maintained and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

    Nice location and unit! Fireplace didn’t work and the walls were very thin so we could hear the units around and above us. Definitely would still stay again as the location was unbeatable!

    This condo was wonderful. The property itself is more charming than it looks from the photos, with benches among aspens and babbling water passing through the grounds. The condo itself was clean, well laid out, and comfortable. There is a cozy deck with a pleasant view. It is just a block- a short walk - to the shops and restaurants on Main street. There was also a stop for the free bus right outside the condo. I visited off season, when the ski mountain was not open, but it seems like it would work well for skiers. In all, this was a very nice property and a great location. I would happily book this condo again.

    Unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! We loved being able to walk to Main Street in 5 minutes. Everything was as expected based on the listing. You can definitely hear the upstairs neighbors moving around, but that was during the day and not at night for the most part - would only say it’s a bother if you are sensitive to that sort of stuff.

    This place IS unbeatable! We loved everything from the condo layout to the extremely convenient location to Main Street which is the heart of Breck! Main Street is literally across the street and we walked there all the time. It was perfect for us which we only were really there after a day of adventures! They had so many full size towels and towel hooks for all of them, both of which for a mom are huge! :) We used the box fans that were in the closets at night. Both the views from the balcony and the front door are nice. Check in and check out process was very easy. I loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. We are touring Colorado for the month of June and staying in a new town every 2-3 days, we have stayed in 6 VRBOs prior to this one (out of a total of 10 for the entire trip) and this one is my favorite so far! We would definitely stay here again!

    This was a nice stay overall in walking distance to the Breckenridge gondola and ability to ski back to the complex. The unit itself was spacious with generally nice furniture for a rental space — primary bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable for us, but we are pretty picky about beds.Kitchen was stocked with equipment needed for cooking and dining, but no foundational food items were stocked (spices, oil, etc), so you’ll need to bring/buy your own.We would come back but only if we knew we were in a top floor unit (which is hard to tell when booking). Biggest issue for us was the noise from upstairs. We could hear every step they took from early afternoon into the very late evening hours, making it difficult to sleep, even with a sound machine.

    This condo worked great for our family of 7 during a spring break ski vacation. The gondola is a 2 minute bus ride away, the 4 O'Clock Trail leads right to the condo building, and the beautiful downtown is a block away.

    4 of us stayed in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. The location is fantastic for walking to downtown Breckenridge and easy to get to from the main road. We had a little problem with getting into the unit with the code we were given but the management company was extremely responsive. The beds were very comfortable and the place was well equipped for our stay.
