Park City Parkite 20 is an exquisite property offering everything you want from a luxury vacation. This wonderful condo is located on Park City's Historic Main Street putting you in the heart of all the fun and excitement. Imagine being just a few steps from all the world-class dining, shopping, nightlife, and more! You are also a quick free Trolley ride down to Park City Town Lift or a short free bus ride to Deer Valley Resort.

This single-level, 1,628 square foot condominium can sleep up to six guests and features two master bedrooms (each with private bathrooms), two and a half bathrooms.

You will first access The Parkite via the underground garage entrance to access to your designated parking space and then up the elevator to second floor. Additional access to the building is also available directly from Main Street. Stepping into the condo, you will find a split floor plan and the main great room holding the living room, dining area and kitchen, with hardwood floors and expansive windows throughout the entire room.

Living Room: The living room has gorgeous contemporary furnishings, a 65” Smart TV with cable programming, a warm gas fireplace, and access to the private patio.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a chef's dream and comes equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a SubZero refrigerator, a Wolf five-burner gas stovetop, convection oven and a convenient wine fridge. The large center island is perfect for meal prep and entertaining, and offers bar seating for four. There is also a Sonos to stream and enjoy your own music while preparing those tasty meals.

Dining area: The dining space is inviting with a contemporary style wood dining table with seating for eight.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Grand Master Suite— King size bed, a 55” Smart TV with cable programming, a cozy gas fireplace, and a Sonos speaker for music streaming. The private bathroom features an oversized sink with double faucets, a make-up vanity with mirror, and a spacious tile/glass shower.

Master Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed and a plush mattress queen sofa sleeper. The private bathroom features dual stone counter sinks and a tub/shower combination.

Patio: Step out onto the spacious, private patio that overlooks Main Street to enjoy the fresh mountain air and views. You will find a private 4-person hot tub, comfortable outdoor furnishings, and a large umbrella when shade is preferred. There is also a new propane gas BBQ and a Sonos speaker for enjoying music while you relax.

Community Amenities: On-site concierge, a private rooftop deck with patio seating and tables, and (seasonal) ping pong tables, fitness facilities, ski locker room with a private ski locker, and a ski room that includes boot and glove warmers.

    This is now my new favorite spot to stay in Park City. Easy access to everything on Main St. & easy access to bus to get to Deer Valley. Hot tub was great for after skiing. Kitchen was well stocked for a night in. Parking was easy once we figured it out. Can’t wait to return!

    This property is absolutely beautiful. We loved the hot tub and ease of use of the wireless speakers. Easily walk to anything on Main Street. 11/10 recommend

    Poor management, communication, and check-in process. The property had no hot water for 2 days. Property management slow in getting it fixed, didn't seem too concerned. I would definitely not recommend the unit and hassles involved with using it.

    Everything about this condo was amazing, starting from the check-in process. We arrived late but the property managers made the check-in super simple, which was very appreciated after a long day driving in the snow! Hands down one of the easiest check in processes I have had. The unit itself is beautiful (just like the photos), but even bigger than we expected. And the building even has a ski locker downstairs so you don’t have to lug gear up to the room. All in all a great experience- we would definitely stay here again.

    Check in process and any communication further was absolutely unacceptable and I would never stay at a rental property managed by Park City Rentals ever again. The n fact I would do everything in my power to never have to interact with these people or their business ever again. Upon arrival at about 6pm which I had communicated with an employee at park city rentals would be our arrival time to park city, there were no condo keys to be found in the lock box at Park City Rentals office. There were multiple phone numbers listed to contact park city rentals and I called several and finally waited on hold for over 45 min only to be hung up on after someone answered because of a bad connection. I immediately called back and had to wait on hold for another 45 min. The woman I finally got on the phone had an very unprofessional attitude and finally tried contact another employee of park city rentals that had no idea how to assist up beyond giving us an entry code he thought would get us in the building but not the condo. Meanwhile my husband had randomly gotten a real estate agents personal cell phone number who took time out of her vacation with her family to help us by contacting the HOA president of the condo building. These two people were wonderful and beyond helpful to us and they have nothing to do with Park City Rentals. I received emails from park city rental with conflicting “check-in/out” instructions and when I tried to contact them on the day of checkout I had to wait on hold again for about 10-15 min and couldn’t even get anyone who actually was onsite at their office. They had emailed specifically that they would be in their office on the date of our check out from 8AM-6PM. No one ever showed up to communicate over the phone. Thank god we didn’t have any other problems during our stay. Because I doubt we would have been able to communicate or receive any kind of assistance from the staff at Park City Rentals. The condo itself was great. Great accommodations, very comfortable. Everything worked and the hot tub on the deck was great and easy to use. Great location!
