Unbeatable Location at Kamaole III Beach - Kam Sands Bldg. 1

This place was almost perfect, except that it had one of those metal framed pullout beds that offers no support, with bars and springs poking you. Thank goodness there was a foam topper which, laid on top of the couch cushions which were arranged on the floor, was reasonably comfortable for 2 of our 6 adults.

All the beach equipment, chairs, umbrella, paddle boards, snorkel gear, sand toys - everything you need in the closet.

This was the perfect Kihei condo! It was well stocked with beach supplies and outdoor activity equipment. The condo was perfectly situated on the grounds and was close to the beach, tennis courts and pool. Finally, Heidi was an excellent host who responded quickly to our questions and ensured a smooth late evening check in! Hope to be back soon and would definitely rent this place again!

Lovely condo, just what we needed. The kitchen had everything and the patio was beautiful to sit out on and enjoy the view. Heidi was wonderful to communicate with, and answered so quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Helpful host. Was quick to respond and checked in to see that our needs were met.Unit needs a few replacements (rice cooker, knives) but in all a very nice place stocked with all the necessary cleaning, washing supplies. Lots of beach gear, books and games and good supply of beach towels.Location is so easy.

We had an amazing stay at this Maui condo! From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, clean, and welcoming. The unit was beautifully maintained with modern touches, comfortable furniture, and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. Waking up to ocean views and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was truly unforgettable.The location couldn’t have been better—close to great beaches, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet and private. The pool and grounds were also immaculate, and the staff on site were friendly and helpful.This condo made our trip feel like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Maui!

We had a great time here in Maui, and staying here was part of the reason why our trip was amazing. We would recommend it to anyone coming here. Affordable, clean, and felt like home away from home. We had no complaints with everything provided. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler for the many times we went to the beach. We'll definitely be back!

My family, including my wife, and young adult children enjoyed a wonderful week in this unit. It is very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. It was spacious for five of us, even though we did not spend much time inside. The view is great, and there is not road noise at this unit. The walk to Kam III beach is about three minutes. The location in South Kihei is great, as the beaches get better in Kihei the further south you go. Will definitely try to rent here again!

Property was clean and as described. The location was very close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Had a great time!

This was our fourth visit to Kamaole Sands. This unit was very clean, well equipped and comfy beds and furnishings. Heidi was very easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had. We love Kamaole Sands for the close proximity to Kamaole Beach 3 and this unit was close enough for us to be able to walk to the beach everyday. We loved the view from the lanai and spent all our time there when back at the condo. The lawns and grounds are very well taken care of, we never used the pool are but the laughter coming from the pool area sounds like it was great too. I would definitely stay in Heidi’s condo again.
