About the Space:
This remodeled 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom home has a warm Scandinavian feel – it is clean, cozy, and stylish. The open floor-plan living area is comfortable, with a nice couch and wood burning fireplace, dining room, and updated kitchen, with new appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen comes fully stocked, perfect for cooking a delicious meal. Off the dining room is a private deck, loaded with free firewood.

The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, with closet and dresser space to store clothing. The bathroom has been updated and has tub/shower. The bathroom is located right off the bedroom, in the hallway, and is shared with the common living area. Off the entryway, there is a small nook, with single over single bunkbeds – perfect for kids, or an easy-going adult.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches.

This is the perfect home base for your Mammoth stay!

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Sunshine Village. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), tennis court (racquets not provided) and community coin-op laundry facilities. The rec. room offers community pool/billiards, ping-pong, and arcade games.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. The parking spaces are located in any open space in the community parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

    Overall, this place was decent to good. Pros: Cleanliness, nice kitchen with stainless steel cookware (no scratched teflon pans). Water kettle and coffee making apparatus were plentiful. Responsive property managers. Cons: the top bunk bed railing was barely above the mattress. I did not feel safe having my child sleep up there, as one wrong move and the child could fall off the top bunk. I would suggest raising the railing, especially because of how high up the top bunk is (that would be quite a fall). The living room seating was not as cozy as other places we've stayed It would be nice to have the seating arranged closer to the fireplace. The swing took up a lot of space in the living room and felt awkward in the space. It hung so low that it wasn't usable. The hot tub and sauna were great. Overall it was a positive experience and we were happy with our stay.

    Great little condo in a great location. Right across the street from several of the free mammoth shuttles- made getting around the town really easy. Minutes away from eagle lodge and grocery store/restaurants. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of coffee options (drip, pour over, french press, etc). Master bed was a little firm, but is just my opinion. Would stay here again for sure.
