Ultimate beach getaway with ocean view, open layout, garage parking, & streaming

Minivans & SUVs will need to park on the street. The property is not well maintained and dirty. Carpets were worn and stained. Bathroom vents were full of dust and hair. Sheets were clean, but bed covers and furniture were stained, had hair on them, and a substance that flaked off. The kitchen faucet was very loose and causing puddling in the cabinet. The AC vent in the bunkroom was closed and mold had developed around it in the condensation. The kitchen ceiling had black dust/dirt in the popcorn. The property management was notified immediately after we arrived and promised us an expedited response. At around 8pm we were told they would not be at the property until some time the following day. We did not stay here and spent twice the amount on a hotel.

Pros - Perfect location. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Cons - Floors are so thin, you can literally hear conversations and snoring from upstairs. Simply their walking, sounds like bowling balls being thrown on the ground. That was probably the worst and unfortunately unfixable part of the place. There were also no dressers in any of the 3 rooms. We were there for over 4 weeks, so living out of a suitcase that entire time was pretty disappointing.

This condo is in a great location, steps from the beach, on a quiet street. It's also a short walk to good bars and restaurants so it's well suited for both summer and off season stays. Parking is convenient and the balcony is great for relaxing and listening to the waves crash. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The message included the address but without unit number. The host phone number was helpful. The parking space number was rubbed off and not as visible as the other unit parking space numbers causing confusion for us. The unit had everything we needed and we appreciated the additional helpful things like bandaids. The unit seemed to have some water damage or mold possibly in one of the bedroom ceilings and possibly dog or cat hair in the carpets because our allergies were bad in the sleeping areas. Overall we hope minor things may improve and we would love to rent here again. Thankyou

The location is great, right up at the beach access path! Overall a quiet area. Worthy to note that this being a second floor condo, noise from guests above is heard. Appreciated the keypad access to the building and the condo - no need to carry a key! The furniture is in good shape, beds are comfortable. Suggest guests bring along their own bed pillows and blankets. Sheets and bath towels provided by Vacassa, but house comforters are also on the beds and question their cleanliness. Bathrooms are updated with modern fixtures. The shared 3 piece hallway bath is small. Primary bedroom had second bathroom which includes a full sized tub. Kitchen is another updated area. it is missing a can opener and a pasta strainer, so plan ahead if you look to cook meals. Basics cookware is provided. Nice size balcony for morning coffee and evening beverages, unfortunately the 2 reclining style chairs are broken, leaving 4 high top styles for guests.
