U1 ~ Walk to Broadway ~ Downtown Flat on River ~ 3 Queen Beds plus Sleeper ~ Two Rollaways Available

We had a great stay! A few minor things, but overall great!

Perfect location for three adults on a hockey/football trip. Walking distance to all the good stuff. Thanks for the great accommodations.

Nice place. Pictures are exactly what the place is but its smaller than we expected.

The communication was excellent and the place was just as advertised. This location is amazing! So convenient to Broadway and Nissan Stadium.

The neighborhood did not feel safe to me and my two co-workers, and there was construction right outside our windows ALL NIGHT (we did not sleep well). There were homeless people outside the building, and 3 separate passcodes for 3 different doors (you had to go through all to access), and when the people in the Vrbo across the hall didn't lock the doors, they were open for anyone to come into the building... Overall, we were unhappy with the location and feeling unsafe.

My nieces 21st celebration. We had range of ages staying. We had a great stay! The place is very nice, clean and close to a lot.

Nice place but description is misleading. There are not 4 queen beds. There are three bedrooms each with a full size bed. There is a small IKEA style couch ( very firm) that can be arranged to sleep an adult on. There are two other twin rolling cots in the closet. I can’t see how

This place was close enough to all of the happenings on Broadway to be able to easily walk. We all had a great time despite the tornado warning sirens. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location with a short walk to Broadway and many other attractions. The place had plenty of room for 6 women and the beds were very comfortable. We had a few minor issues and they were very responsive and it was never an inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfectly located!

Overall, it was a great stay. We loved it. However, there are a couple of things we had concerns about. Im going to do a pro and con list.Pros:- Great location. Within walking distance without the extreme hustle and bustle of Broadway.- Rental is clean and accurately listed. You can tell they have worked hard to renovate and make everything within the rental look nice.-Beds are comfortable and the rental had all of the amenities we needed. - Salt, pepper, paper towel, toilet paper, coffee cups, glasses, etc were all provided.- It fit 7 of us perfectly and our group (ranging from 30 years old - 50 years old) had a fabulous time. We would stay here again in the future.Cons:- The first shower.. there is no inbetween scalding hot and ice cold. There were 7 of us staying here and we had to share one shower because none of us could get the other shower to work properly.- There is no broom or anything to clean with. We wanted to get rid of crumbs or anything that fell on tbe floor but there was nothing to do that with. Small complaint, just wanted to bring it to attention so we can help clean better.- It says on our rental sheet that quiet time is at 10pm. We made sure to be as quiet as we could at that time, however, our neighbors did not do the same.They were loud at all hours of the night. This may be an isolated incident but just wanted to bring it to attention. Again, not a big deal.All in all, a great place to stay with a great location in downtown Nashville.

Convenient to the areas attractions, clean and safe, for a comfortable stay!! Would come back.

Our trip was to celebrate my GF birthday. The location of the property was perfectly located just close enough with a great view of the river and stadium. Our goal was to hit all the new bars since last year and we did. We never felt unsafe walking to and from the VRBO. The condo was nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities. May I suggest a toaster. Otherwise we had a great time.

The location is within walking distance of Broadway, the Ryman Auditorium, and Printer’s Alley. The property comfortably slept 9 adults.

Property location was great! Proximity to Broadway and Nissan Stadium was perfect. Parking garage was close and easy to use. Highly recommend this property.
