Tyson Park House #A - Oceanfront Studio

This place is amazing !!!! Great ocean view . We loved the sound of the ocean every night . It’s walking distance to many good restaurants. I highly recommend this condo .

Had a small hiccup regarding access but that was resolved quickly and all went well after that.

Great view!!!( 1minute walk to the beach) Owner was easy to get a hold of. Perfect place for relaxing and everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend this place.

Nick and Amy,Unfortunately our stay did not go as we planned. Finding where to park was difficult since our GPS kept taking us toward the strand. I reached out letting you know we were having trouble, but there was no response. I also asked for advice on where to keep a second vehicle with no response. Upon arrival the place smelled like smoke (not sure if it was smoked in or just an old odor). The door handle to the patio did not work, which we were made aware of. The next day we were told it would be fixed. I reached out about a time so I could plan my baby’s nap around it. You told me you would accommodate my time; I said between 12–2 since she naps. The guy arrived at 12:15 and was fiddling with the fans, not even working on the door. We then left to go home to give the baby a nap. At that point we were very frustrated; nothing was easy. The floors, couch, and rug were dirty, and my baby’s clothes became filthy. I was no longer comfortable there. I reached out asking for cleaning supplies and you did supply a Swiffer. It seems you have maintenance on-site or close, I would have expected someone to clean, but I did it and then covered the couch and rug with sheets. The door handle was fixed, but you still can barely open it; it doesn’t slide smoothly at all. We slept there only one night and came during the day to use the condo for parking and changing. Side note: the gate to the beach is not easy; there should be better notes on how to open it. Overall not satisfied.

We absolutely love this property! If you are a beach lover, you will love it, too. Check-in was a breeze; the owners responded within minutes when we had a question; our family enjoyed the full-size appliances to accommodate our food/cooking needs. The amenities/extras were top notch and made our stay much more enjoyable: beach chairs, towels, laundry room, and parking. This is our second stay, and we will rebook this property when we return.

The place was wonderful, had absolutely no complaints! Everything we needed was at the place for us! Plan on staying again in the future

We booked this for the Oceanside 70.3 Ironman race. The apartment provided a great location in Oceanside across from the beach and near all of the main restaurants. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a comfortable and compact space, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I would definitely book this again the next time i come back to Oceanside.

This is our 4th stay at yhis property. Excellent location, can bike or walk to all needs. Cannot beat the view and the host is always communicative if any needs arise. We eill be back. One of our favorites!

Great place to stay with a great view!

My husband and I really enjoyed this beautiful spot, the unit is nicely appointed and very clean. The location was perfect, we didn't have a car and loved walking to the shops and restaurants. The view of the beach and water was spectacular and we really enjoyed pulling out the couch and napping and relaxing while listening to the ocean and enjoying the view.

Excellent view. Walkable to all needs, as well as bicycling. Always clean and host is responsive to any needs. We will be back.

The stay was good for us as a couple. A nice view from the balcony and close to the ocean and pier, and most restaurants. Used the Circuit ride share which was convenient. The only issue was not having hot water, which was not resolved, even the next day when we left, so couldn't take two showers.

Cannot beat the location. The place was clean and updated. Only drawback was a lack of storage space to hang clothing.

This unit is in a great location. The best part is you hear and see the ocean. There is another unit in front, but it's a single story so luckily it doesn't block the view much. The unit itself is nice enough, but just adequate for a small family of 3 (The pullout sofa isn't really a pull out and will only sleep one person which was a bit of a surprise to us). Also, the bedroom doesn't have a door so it's open to the living area. But overall, we were glad to be right on the beach and spend a few days by the ocean. The host Nick was also quite responsive.

Had a great time! Great ocean views and it's an easy walk down to the beach or to the nearby shops and restaurants. Our family enjoyed it and would stay here again.

The location/view was fabulous. The inside was perfect ... loved your flooring. I slept in both the bed and sofabed ... I loved listening to the ocean. I stairs didn't bother me and I'm 72. Had some mishaps with fire alarm when I arrived and into the evening, but resolved with help of owner and my son. I'm just not sure I would recommend single females to stay alone. Pacific St was a bit sketchy with homeless people hanging around my car. But the Strand was great. Thank you for your hospitality.

When we arrived, AC was set very low (61) and the remote to adjust was not working well. Hosts were very responsive and we got the issue resolved. Our GPS took us to the strand but the home and parking is on Pacific (don't go to the strand). There was no place to lay out clothes (no closets or dresser drawers) but we just lived out of our suitcases. Not an issue just a comment. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely accommodations with a beautiful view of the ocean. A nice short walk downtown Oceanside. Neat and clean. Will most definitely recommend to friends and looking forward till next time.
