    The property was great and was as described. The ski-in/ski-out was as described and the only issue was due to the lack of snow this season. It is a great property for a family.

    Very spacious condo. Wildlife right outside the back deck. My only complaint which is of no fault of Toby, but we had some noisy (like real noisy) people above us for the last 2 nights. Again this is no fault of Toby's, but it is important to note that there is a condo above you. Other than that one issue, this was a fantastic place to stay. Well kept and spacious.

    The home was wonderful. The shared pool/hot tub is on the far side of the other building on the property, so not very convenient, but that didn’t bother us. Having a unit above us with loud occupants was a little annoying, but the property managers did what they could to mitigate. The unit was very cozy with a great layout for our family of 4. The ski rack inside the front door was perfect. Overall, excellent property! Would definitely stay here again!

    Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit, and we would happily stay again. The location is outstanding, and the kitchen is roomy and well-equipped which makes it easy to prepare meals.

    Superb location. Spacious for the 3 of us. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything you need. Only 2 cautions- the washer and dryer are very small and the dryer takes several cycles to dry. The shower is a little finicky on temperature.

    For a fantastic ski-in and ski-out property, this fully met expectations. A walk down the corridor to the breezeway and click-click you were off on Four O'clock run to the ski-lift.

    Two bed, two bath was more than enough for 2 of us. Lower Four O'Clock run takes you right outside the condo. In the morning you can ski down to the snowflake lift or walk 2 blocks to the gondola. Great location. Well equiped condo. Covered garage parking. Will stay there again in a future visit.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nicely updated, convenient to town. The only issue was the elevator being out which made it difficult to get our luggage up the flights of stairs, however Management sent someone out to help us

    This was our first time staying in the area in the summer months. Great, central location for quick access to downtown Breckenridge and plenty of day hikes in Breck and Frisco area. Kids enjoyed their own bedroom/beds and bath. Loved the large kitchen and open living area. SO many mountain activities... gondola, chair lifts, kids adventure activities, mountain biking, etc.

    We absolutely loved staying here for our ski trip. It’s a great location. We could ski right to the chair lift each morning, and ski home each day. The kids LOVED sledding on the 4 o clock hill each evening right outside, and building snowmen right outback! The updated kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs! Thank you for making our Breck stay so comfortable and fun!!!! We can’t wait to return.
