True Ski In - Ski Out, corner-unit Studio condo on Peak 8 with mountain views!
Our condo overlooks 4 O’ Clock Run, our ski in access & is across the street from the Snowflake Lift, providing amazing access to Breckenridge Ski Resort! Tyra is one of the BEST locations in Breck. One of the most desirable lodging locations for both winter and summer season.....easy access to the mountain, close to town (1/2 mile to Main St.) yet still away from the town bustle & located on Peak 8 - the most central area of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Perfect for a single, couple or a small family whose priority is to maximize their time on the mountain & are comfortable in a smaller but well - designed space.
Across the street, next to the Snowflake Lift is Charter Sports Rentals and a Breckenridge Ski Resort window making it easy to gear up & get on the mountain quickly. Guests can receive rental discounts at Charter Sports. The free bus (Breckenridge Free Ride) also picks up right next to the Snowflake Lift making it easy to get to town.
Our cozy studio sleeps 2 guests. Guests can enjoy mountain views from both inside the condo & on the wrap around balcony. Windows face SE, bringing in lots of sunlight! There is a fully-equipped, full kitchen with breakfast bar seating. The kitchen has been updated with quartzite counters & stainless appliances and the bathroom has been recently renovated with a walk-in shower. The queen bed with a Sterns & Fosters mattress is situated as an alcove bed with rustic reclaimed wood around it. There is new carpet & newer, comfortable furniture in the living area.
One parking pass for our uncovered lot is included.
Indoor & outdoor hot tubs are located in the building common area (indoor tubs open winter only).
Hard to beat spot if looking for a Ski In - Ski Out not far from town! Summer & fall are just as amazing in Breckenridge & Tyra Lookout is a great summer/fall location - walk to town & hike/bike out the door to Sawmill Reservoir via Sawmill Creek. Or, hike 4 O’Clock Trail to the 12,998 foot summit of Peak 8.
Owners have lived in Breckenridge & currently reside an hour away & can help with recommendations for your stay!

* CANCELLATION POLICY. 100% refundable 60 days prior to reservation; 50% refundable 30 - 59 days prior to day of arrival (less any VRBO fees; VRBO will not refund their service fee if cancelled less than 30 - 59 days prior to arrival). Non-refundable if cancelling less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Refunds cannot be given due to inclement weather/road closures, alpine conditions, area construction, COVID-19, airline delays, power outages or any other similar type circumstance. In the event the traveler booking the reservation has tested positive for COVID-19 within 7 days prior to their arrival date & is willing to provide that documentation, a future stay credit (not a refund) for the amount paid can be available under those circumstances only. Future stay credits are not available for COVID case count concerns or other circumstances.

The hot tubs are currently open (indoor tubs open winter only) but are not guaranteed to be open if closure is necessary due to COVID safety or maintenance/repair.
Breckenridge Ski Resort is open mid November though mid May but typically keeps the Snowflake lift (our ski-out access) open mid November - mid April (these dates are subject to change dependent on snow/resort conditions).
The Town of Breckenridge has enforced stricter guidelines regarding noise violations. Owners can potentially lose their short term rental license if there are violations by a guest. Violations will not be tolerated and will require guests to vacate the property immediately without refund & guests will be responsible for applicable fines.

Wonderful location for accessing the lift and great views of downton. Free transportation is provided (every 15min) to get you around the resort and to the town of Breckenridge. Wonderful experience and would book again.

What a wonderful property and host. We couldn't have picked a better place to experience Breckenridge and the mountain regions in Colorado. Short walk to downtown and great trails out your doorstep.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Becky was easy to get a hold of and worked with us to allow a little earlier check in.
Beautiful weather in early June. Public transportation comes within steps of the condo. We rode miles and miles for free (easy walking too) and never even used the rental. Perfect views for a wonderfully private getaway. And Becky was awesome.

This perfectly located, decorated, appointed, and managed unit checked all the boxes. Access to Skiing - In the morning-Just steps to the Snowflake Lift. At the end of the day-Ski down the 4o’clock trail, stop at the building, unclip and walk across the parking lot to the door of this units building! Access to Downtown - Easy walk down the hill to all the town of Breck has to offer. Try the Breckenridge Distillery tasting room. Then grab a crepe at Crepes a la Cart. Walk back is uphill. But, so worth it to be right next to the Snowflake Lift in the morning. Unit Highlights - clean, comfy, warm, sunny, Architectural Digest worthy design/look/feel, mattress and bedding top notch, washer&dryer were a godsend, hot water in shower amazing, kitchen is a small-space designer kitchen with modern appliances. Thoughtful high end touches throughout the entire unit. Wraparound deck is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Can’t say enough about how perfect this unit is for a couple or a single traveler. All boxes checked. I’ll be back next year. Big fan.

Awesome condo! Exceeded my expectations! Great time visiting my son and friends and nice to have my own place at the end of the day. Great ski-in ski-out location! Skied Breck 2 days, Keystone & Beaver Creek! Condo was very clean and stocked with coffee, tea and condiments which is always nice to not have to grocery shop for the extra little things. Location is also very convenient to town. I will definitely return in the future!

We had the best honeymoon week in this cozy condo! The location could not have been more convenient - a short walk across the street the to snowflake lift, skied into the condo parking lot from the 4 o'clock run, and a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Main Street. The views from the deck were wonderful - the best place for morning coffee! We cooked a good bit while we were there and found it had everything we needed! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Very cozy and comfortable condo. Small but perfect for a couple. The kitchen was very well-stocked, with condiments in the fridge, spices in the pantry, and even shelf-stable food items like grits, oatmeal, and popcorn at the time of writing this. There’s a dishwasher, microwave, oven with stovetop, coffee maker, Keurig machine, and electric kettle, to name some of the kitchen appliances. (There were also roughly 500 basket filters in the cabinet, but the coffee maker actually uses a #4 cone filter). The bathroom was also well-stocked with towels and select toiletries. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The views of the mountains were great, and we had snow so it was really nice. The condo was comfortably warm, even in the snowy weather. There’s a little table with chairs on the balcony that we would’ve used if it weren’t so cold out! Location was conveniently close to Main Street. We had a rental car, but between the proximity to town and the free bus system, it wasn’t really necessary for going into town. Overall, we highly recommend!
We had a great stay in this rental. It was a 12 minute walk to great restaurants on Main Street and a short drive to Quandary Peak Trailhead. We would definitely stay here again.
