Welcome! Tyndall Paradise is a fully furnished and all-inclusive waterfront home for traveling professionals. This 800 square foot condo offers a luxury experience with beautiful views of the Parker Bayou. The condo is just 10 minutes from Tyndall AFB and Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital. Whether you are on a long-term assignment or a temporary duty, you will find everything you need to feel at home here.

Tyndall Paradise features a spacious living room with cable TV, office area with monitor and printer, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy bedroom with plenty of linens and towels, in unit washer and dryer, and a monthly maid service to keep everything clean and tidy. You will also enjoy the amenities of the quiet 6-unit condo waterfront community, such as your own front and rear balconies, the covered gazebo, and community gas grill. Your own boat slip available for an additional fee.

The home is designed for longer-term stays, yet we can work with based upon your orders or contract. The security deposit is negotiable for active-duty military. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

A separate rental agreement is required for all bookings. Guests must complete an application and sign the agreement within 24 hours of booking to keep the reservation. Government ID matching the reservation name, completed guest application, and signed rental agreement required. Failure to complete within 24 hours may result in cancellation.
