Stayed Jul 14, 2024Our VRBO hosts went “Above and Beyond” from check-in to check-out to make sure our group of six women’s needs were met. The two-suite property is clean, spacious and extremely well-located to Main Street in Galena. While we were there, we had a few weather-related incidents and this husband and wife team(Alex and Alicia) went to great lengths to make sure all six of us were comfortable, even going as far as reaching out to present alternative ground floor arrangements during a predicted, 100 mile per hour wind storm that, fortunately, never materialized. I’ve stayed in other types of lodging before and have never before dealt with such responsive and friendly hosts. Hats off to our Hosts and their property!!
