Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. My kiddos loved the tennis court, volleyball net, and soccer area. Close to Durango and Silverton!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay. Most important of all, no surprises. Everything was just as advertised. Additionally, we found all the kitchen gadgets we needed to make coffee, toast, and anything else we could think of. The place was clean and everything worked. I would stay there again and I highly recommend it to those wanting to visit the Durango area.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We have rented from Cascade Village four times for ski trips (different condos each time). This one again did not disappoint. Great for three people. Location from Purgatory is ideal. Sledding hill great for kids (little and big). Outside hot tub nice for sore legs. Will be back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969There are a few things that were broken and needed to be fixed. If it got a little extra tlc it will be great. Love the location. It’s super close to purgatory and we were able to get there fast and get good parking every morning. Beds were comfy. The bathtub upstairs would be amazing if it had a faster flow faucet. The hot water ran out before it was full. The views were beautiful and we loved being on the back part of the property facing the woods and snow. We had issues with the WiFi but we survived. We would stay here again :)

Stayed Mar 18, 2024The location of the condo was the best part about it. The condo obviously is not maintenance at all. So many things need fixed or replaced and you can tell it’s just not cared for. The master bed was absolutely awful! Faulty wiring, the fan didn’t work, kitchen had very slim choices for cooking and the customer setvice for the company that owns the rental were less than helpful!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved covered parking, the view and the stove. Hated that the shuttle is only twice a day now and will be discontinued next year, hated the master bed, needs deep clean and not enough firewood. Those are the major high and low points. I didn’t want to add that of all the locational that had this was the worst and I really hope that they fix it so we can rent it next year.

Stayed Jan 6, 2024The place is a little dated but very sufficient for a few days on the slopes. The bigger issue was that there were missing kitchen supplies & fire lighter, & a couple lights & the internet were out. Management is offsite, so none of these issues could be fixed until Day 2 of our stay. When they did respond, they took care of everything we asked, & the rest of the stay was great.

Stayed Jan 1, 2024We’re repeat customers of Cascade Mountain Resort and loved each trip. We really liked the condo, parking, and proximity to the mountain….great time was had by the entire family.
