Take in beautiful views of Giant Steps Lifts from the two-story windows and two private balconies of this four-bedroom loft in Brian Head, where you'll be less than a quarter-mile stroll from the base of the ski lifts. This retreat sits just across from Route 143, from the Giant Steps Lodge and Ski Lifts at Brian Head Resort, in a highly desirable community called The Lofts. It's a wonderful base for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and exploring Cedar Breaks National Monument and Dixie National Forest nearby.
Leave your car in the attached garage and make yourself at home in a space that's beautifully equipped for all seasons. In the summer, cool off in central air-conditioning or step out onto one of the two balconies for a barbecue and a commanding view of the mountains. Come winter, you can cozy up by the gas fireplace in the great room as the snow piles high outside.
The great room is open and airy, with a wall of glass framing the mountains. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a living space with a TV mounted to the fireplace, and a bonus media room with a TV, a DVD player, and theater-style recliners. When it's time to turn in, you'll have your choice of four bedrooms, all with mountain views. Two bedrooms are on the main floor - a primary suite with its own TV and a bedroom with balcony access - and two loft-style rooms are upstairs, including one with its own balcony.

We stayed over the holidays and loved the location, didnt need to drive the car the entire trip. Giant steps is across the street and shuttle stops right in front. The Loft was awesome and really my only complaint was the size of the TV in the living room cause all the bowls games kept us huddled around the TV haha
The location is great, Giant steps right out the front door. The parking is listed for two vehicles, what they fail to mention is there is only one single spot garage and if you're lucky you can park another vehicle close by, if not you have to shuttle to the town hall for overnight parking. If you only have one vehicle you will be fine. I had a great ribeye steak dinner planned and was able to heat up the BBQ but than i realized the propane ran out, the second tank that was next to the BBQ was also empty. I had to shift to searing the steaks on the stove top, I was unhappy about the big dinner that was ruined by two empty propane tanks...
The place was filthy with hair covering the bathrooms and beds and a dirty mop head left in the middle of the floor. It was very frustrating and difficult to reach the local manager, the vacasa number connects you to someone out of the country who is very resistant to being helpful. The dryer does not work. The undecorated Christmas tree was left in the middle of room at the end of February. The check in email has incorrect codes listed for front door and garage and the garage is not labeled. Parking for one vehicle in the garage. The spots on the street were not plowed by HOA and someone parked in front of our garage blocking our ability to get out and ski. We were given one dishwasher tab for 6 nights. The local manager supplied us with more only after arguing with the vacasa operators outside the country that 1 was not enough.
Power was out entire stay in over 1/3 the condo! Smoke detectors were beeping everywhere. Hair everywhere not clean! Vacasa is the worst non responsive! Never even tried to correct anything! Vrbo just as bad non responsive! Never again! These people are frauds! Do not use Anything Managed by Vacasa look at the reviewed
Four negatives: (1) The Entry code had been changed, the one we had been given didn't work (2) The pedestrian door lock's battery was dead and not working. (3) instructions for finding our condominium were very inadequate. The instructions should be written assuming night arrival and poor weather. (4) parking for more than one car not realistic. A fairly large condominium (2200 sq ft) will need realistic parking for more than one car in an area where the weather may be brutal in mid winter. The condo was clean, well maintained, nicely furnished and well provisioned.
Very nice
