Stay close to home and enjoy easy access to the golf course, ski slope views, and a furnished patio. In warm weather, walk to thepopular Bayview Trail, the Sleeping Bear Dunes Heritage Trail, and the Homestead golf course's first tee. In the winter, this course transforms into groomed, cross-country trails, so don't forget your skis! This property is also conveniently close to several other attractions including the community's beach access, complimentary tennis and pickleball courts, the Village at the Homestead for shopping and dining, the Sleeping Bear Point Coast Guard Station Maritime Museum, and the Robert H. Manning Memorial Lighthouse, all within a few miles of your door.

Back home, whip up your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, meet up for meals at the enormous table - perfect for rainy day board games - and then watch TV in the main living area with its plush sectional, soaring ceiling, and skylights. A furnished, all-season sunroom offers an additional space for relaxing, reading, or socializing while the furnished patio stands ready for alfresco dining.

A shared washer/dryer lets you pack light for your trip and keep your laundry under control during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
