This two-story Ka'anapali condo is an ideal spot to call home on your next West Maui vacation. It offers a private lanai with a gas grill, an outdoor pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. It's an easy walk to a gorgeous beach and the nearby golf course.

This condo is part of the Ka'anapali Royal, which sits half a mile from the center of all things Ka'anapali. You'll find Whalers Village to the west, where you can dine, shop, and pick up anything you may have forgotten on the mainland. Just a few steps beyond is Ka'anapali Beach, where you can lay in the sand, snorkel, and dive near Black Rock, pick up a chartered boat, or watch for whales during the season. This condo is also on the edge of the Ka'anapali Golf Courses and seven miles south of the Kapalua Plantation Course (home to an annual PGA tournament).

    Very nicely furnished place. All sports equipment, chairs, umbrellas needed for the beach were included, as well all kitchenware down to spices and welcoming chocolates. Loved the Tuscan style restroom and the large balcony. Easily walkable to the beach and whaler’s village. Minor downsides were that the stairs were a bit squeaky, BBQ grill was hardly working, and parking was additional (found out about it after getting a warning for not being registered). All in all though, loved it.

    This was the ideal spot for our honeymoon. We brought our 16-year-old with us, so having the privacy of the upstairs area was wonderful. The house was well-equipped with all the beach essentials, which was perfect for our daily beach explorations on the island. It was a short drive to the shops and restaurants—something we planned to walk to, but after long days of exploring, walking wasn’t appealing. Still, it’s great to know walking was an option. Beds and pillows were super comfy and a great place to rest after long days in the sun. Would highly recommend staying in this place for its prime location and comfortable stay

    The home was nice and very quiet. It's a bit far from the beach but makes up for it with the privacy. The pool and hotub were both nice and very clean. I would deffinately consider staying here again

    We visit Maui just about every January and always stay at one of the condos in Kaanapali Royal. Each one is different, but they all have just about everything you need to feel at home, cook easy breakfast/lunch/dinner, and even do laundry in the condo if needed. Little extras (board games, puzzles, books) always on hand too and come in handy if there are ever rainy days. The pool and jacuzzi are great, and right outside of every condo, and the restaurants, shops and beaches are just a quick walk away. We love how quiet they are and how easy they make it for us to just relax and enjoy paradise.

    I’ve stayed in many rentals in my years of travel. This is my first negative review. The couch was so disgusting. It’s stained, old, oily and damp, I put a towel on it to sit on it. Something I’ve never done before. Everything in the kitchen but the coffee maker was like stepping in to a 1980’s Time Machine. The curtains in the living room and upstairs master bathroom are also decades old. They’re ripped and stained. I kindly sent a message to Vacasa. Every response was, “We are so sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues, our goal to to perfect customer service.” Then nothing. No help. No communication. I reach out again, same response. I have found that Vacasa is horrible to communicate with. Period. It might be helpful to include in the listing that there are exactly 40 steps to get to the front door. It’s also extremely frustrating to have to pay for daily parking when there are no parking fees!! I spoke to 2 owners. It’s just a way for vacasa to make more money off guests. When walking to whalers village, it seems so close, yet so far due to having to walk around the golf course. At night, you can walk through, otherwise, it takes a hot minute. Suffice to say, I’d never stay there again.

    Really nice place! Great value! Two stories, nice soft carpeting, very clean, big beautiful balcony, very well-stocked kitchen, plenty of beach supplies, and books. Two suggestions: clean better around the grill area, and include a Pack n Play or crib for babies! The place is so well-stocked otherwise, that it would be nice not to have to bring your own crib.

    Good location near Whaler’s Village but this condo should not be rented out until some major work is completed. There was very bad water damage on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms and water damage in the living room and second upstairs bedroom and it looked like the worst was ready to collapse and it is moldy. The carpets are dirt and water stained and need replacing. There were ants in the kitchen we could not get rid of. We requested to be moved out of this condo after 2 nights. My sister-in-law was getting sick (cough, headache and runny nose from the mold. We stayed in another condo in this resort se real years ago and we liked it but we were taken aback by the condition of this condo.

    First time bringing our family of 5 to Maui and due to this wonderful place we definitely want to come back every year if not more. The location is near lots of shops, restaurants and beaches. It’s a short drive to Lahaina and Napili which offered beautiful beaches that are kid friendly for snorkeling or just swimming and turtle watching. It was the perfect place to create a lifetime of memories.

    Great location, the place is VERY clean and fully equipped with everything you need from beach supplies to cooking as well as making those blended drinks! Less than five minute walk to Whaler’s Village! Ten minute drive to Lahaina old town! Rent this place, you won’t be disappointed! Nice grounds and pool!!

    Extremely comfortable! Everything you need to settle in for a relaxing stay on Maui! Plenty of kitchen supplies and utensils. Beautiful view. Comfortable beds and furniture. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
