Two-Story Condo Near the Beach W/ Shared Pool & Free WiFi

When we got to the property at 4pm, it was 89 degrees inside the condo and the AC was off. When I contacted Vrbo, they said to give it time to cool down and that their policy is for the AC to be turned off for energy efficiency which makes no sense in south Texas. We went out to dinner to give it time to cool down and came back 3 hours later and it was still 79 degrees in the condo. We called vrbo again and they said someone would be over in the morning, after 10 am and that they would call. We also let Vrbo know that the WiFi wasn’t working and two of the shower heads in one of the bathrooms wasn’t working. Overnight, it finally cooled upstairs down to a comfortable temperature. No one ever called or came by that we know of. The AC never fully cooled down the downstairs and we were sweating having dinner down there the second night of our stay. The rental was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable but the AC being off and it being as hot inside as it was outside made for a miserable first night and I was disappointed no one ever contacted us about our poor experience.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean upon arrival, kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies, divinely comfortable beds, incredibly spacious showers and bathrooms, great community pool, just as gorgeous as the pictures, close to the beach and attractions, excellent host communication! It was also fully prepared for children- games, high chair, pack and play, kids dishes and utensils! We will definitely be back!

This condo was absolutely perfect! It was spotlessly clean upon arrival and just as gorgeous as the pictures! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, the beds were absolutely divine, very spacious showers, a great community pool that was never crowded, in a quiet community in a great location- a short drive to the beach as well as a great proximity to shopping and attractions like mini golf and dinner locations! The host company provided excellent and thorough communication as well. We did not have a use for them, but the house was perfectly stocked for small kids as well- high chair, pack and play, kids dishes and utensils! We will absolutely be staying here on future visits.

Serenity Island is located in a great area. There is plenty to do nearby and easy access to drive to Port Aransas. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a clean home. There is a bathroom located downstairs which made it easier when we got home from the beach. There was a strong storm that knocked out the power which resulted in Vacasa sending someone out to reset the breaker box. She handled it within an hour and was very professional. I have nothing negative or areas of improvement for this home. The beds were comfortable and the place was stocked all we needed. Will definitely visit again!

It was a beautiful condo, everything you needed was in the kitchen. The refrigerator was awesome. The bedrooms were all upstairs, and the beds were very comfortable. The showers were beyond awesome.

We were attending the island wedding of the son of family friends. This two-bedroom condo was perfect for our weekend event. The complex is practically new, very comfortable, and well-designed with top-notch furnishings, appliances and supplies. It was very clean and professionally maintained. The host/management firm was prompt and courteous with our inquiries and in all communications. We highly recommend this property. It does not provide immediate access to the beach or water, if that is a requirement for your island visit. Otherwise, it offers a 5-star experience.

We enjoyed the kitchen and the showers were nice with good water pressure. The pool was unkempt and murky. We were disappointed. Upstairs bedrooms were very dusty on headboards, nightstands, under the beds, etc.

This property had to master bedrooms with kings, plenty of room. It also had all the extras (towels, pool towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, basically anything you needed. Very easy checking in and out. Quiet area close to the beach right off the highway.

The home is lovely & well stocked with essentials. The beds are so comfortable and plenty of towels. I love the washer and dryer- makes life so much easier. Very short drive for beach access. Can’t wait to go again

This is a great place not far from whitecap beach. The unit was stocked with everything you could think of and the size of the bedrooms, restrooms were an added bonus. Unit was very clean and there are multiple places nearby to grab a meal. Best part to me, unbelievable how quiet the unit is. Response to questions were almost immediate, thanks again.

The rental was clean and up-to-date with appliances. It was conveniently located to everything.
