Stayed May 9, 2024Can't say enough great things about the property. Location is fantastic with a bar across the street, brewery next door, and other superb places within a 10 min walk. The place itself loaded with everything you need - full + well stocked kitchen, appliances, washer/dryer and multiple bathrooms. All areas were clean and the rooms and beds comfortable and spacious. Excellent communication with the property manager/owner Matt. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to anyone looking in Louisville for accommodations. Thank you Matt!

Stayed Oct 17, 2023We were in Louisville for a couples trip. These 2 units were perfect! Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable. The place was even bigger than we thought. Everyone raved about how fabulous it was. Probably the best we have ever stayed at. We loved that there was a brewery and dive bar basically across the street. We walked lots of places. The neighborhood felt safe. Matt did a great job with all the information he provides on his units as well as the area around you. The check in was very easy. Check out had very minimal items that were easy. The kitchen had what we needs plus lots of extras that were there if needed such as bathroom items and other items. Games for a fun night in. We had lots of lovers of the toilets!
