This loft style condo will meet all your getaway needs. Whether your visiting for a weekend, a week or longer this condo is perfect for your coastal Newport retreat. This loft is one of three units housed inside a building that dates back to the 1800's, and is centrally located in the heart of Newport's business district. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need during your stay. The kitchen is open to the living room and a dining area with seating for four. Upstairs is the master suite with walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom.Newport's famous Thames Street is right out the front door, so the loft situates you just steps away from Brick Marketplace, Bowen's Wharf and all the shopping, dining and attractions the area has to offer. ***Cancellation Policy***Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

Guest agrees to the following:
To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount.

    Great location, central to everything but still somehow manages to be quiet - it was amazing how the street sound faded as we shut the door and went up the stairs. Everything was clean and modern. The place was generally as described, except the pull-out couch in the listing has been replaced with a non-pull-out. This ultimately was not a problem but we got in around 8pm and were scrambling to get the kid in bed and couldn't get a hold of anyone because it was after business hours. We ended up just having the kid sleep on the couch, and afterward discovered an air mattress in the closet upstairs (which the management confirmed the next day), but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. I didn't get detailed information about the place as early as I expected but it was still plenty of time. We had no problems with the parking across the street and were able to move our cars to the (paid) lot behind the place for the rest of the day after we checked out, which was convenient for loading out. Laundry machines worked fine but could use some cleaning. The documentation said we were supplied with what we would need for the duration of our stay, which was true, but it felt kinda stingy that if you need more you're on your own.

    I loved the location so much! The blue door (in between shops) on Thames Street is you entrance or exit to the bustling street of Newport. Forward and to the left is Bowens Warf. To the right is shopping and restaurants. It's the perfect location for everything at your fingertips. They have free washer and dryers right up the stairs and they supply 3 tide pods for each washer (3 total washing machines). I stayed in the Northeast condo and 2 nights I went out the back balcony to go to the liquor store to grab a bottle of wine. I was told my first night there that the Cliff Walk has a detour past 40 steps so I set my maps to start at 40 steps and end at Easton's beach. It was beautiful and the flowers smelled amazing. I didn't need anything during my stay but they management team responded quickly to me before and right before I checked out, as I wasn't able to start the dishwasher so I let them know I washed the dishes by hand and why. Great place to stay and would stay again!!

    My husband and I just returned from a great weekend at this unit! It was an ideal location and very clean with the two little balconies to sit outside. Please know there are a lot of stairs, but other than that would be a great place for staying.

    Just stayed 2 nights for a friends wedding weekend and our experience was amazing! Seamless check in! The property owner even called us earlier in the day to let us know we could check in early and call if we need anything. The place was spotless, adorable and perfectly fit the 4 of us. Located central to everything we were able to walk everywhere and avoid Ubers. It was an a great weekend and we would definitely stay here again!

    Place was clean and awesome, location was perfect, in the middle of everything. If there would be any complaint would be 1 bathroom and it was upstairs in the bedroom, no bathroom downstairs
