Currently being renovated and will feature new bathrooms and a new kitchenfor summer 2026! The condo provides three TVs with cable, plus internet access to keep guests connected and entertained. This sought-after building features elevator access, an outside shower to rinse the sand when you return from the beach, plus both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and two parking spots. Its proximity to the beach, Fenwick Island attractions, notable restaurants, and Northside Park make it ideal for a week's stay. (Fitness room is for the owner's use only) Please note**Please note** The hot tub is and will be closed until repairs are completed. The indoor pool will shut down 10/26 for repairs.
Accommodating up to eight guests, the bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, two double beds in bedroom two, and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest must supply all sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off-season.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Cable goes to winter basic 11/1 - 4/1.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
